Mustard beef burgers
1 pack of of extra lean mince beef
1 veg oxo cube
1 tb mustard I used wholegrain
1 tb Worcester sauce
Mix , chill after at least an hour chilling , then form into shapes and cover with grease proof paper and chill again or freeze
I cooked mine in a tsp of oil from daily allowance

Lean mince mixed with chopped onions, garlic , celery , herbs ,1 egg , form , add a light baby bell and form more meat mix around it , squeeze into shape and freeze 15 mins or so or chill for an hour before cooking
Deluxe Shrimp Burger (Korean McDonald's) | Seonkyoung Longest
We're making a homemade version of one of McDonald's of Korea's favorite burgers, the Deluxe Shrimp Burger.
INGREDIENTS:
For the spicy tartar sauce:
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons pickled jalapeño, diced small
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sriracha
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
Pinch of salt & pepper
For the shrimp patties:
1 pound small (51/60) shrimp, deveined, peeled and tails removed
1/4 cup tempura powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt & pepper
4 cups panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons water
Frying oil
To assemble:
4 sesame buns
Butter
Green lettuce or butter leaf
4 slices cheddar or American cheese
STEPS:
1.) In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for tartar sauce, and set aside.
2.) In a food processor, add half the shrimp and blend until it reaches a smooth and sticky paste texture. Combine this with the remaining whole shrimp, tempura powder, egg, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
3.) Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spread panko on a large plate and mix with water.
4.) Scoop half of the shrimp mixture on top of the panko and coat evenly while shaping into a patty. Transfer to the skillet, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5.) Spread butter on buns and toast until golden. On each bottom bun, add cheese, a shrimp patty, lettuce and tartar sauce. Cover with the top bun. If desired, make it double. Enjoy!

Pinto bean burger
sautee chopped onion and shallot, with little garlic and water
in food processor add tin of washed drained pinto beans, small pack of mushrooms, bunch of flat leaf parsley, large tsp cumin, 2 tsp smoked paprika, little chilli and tb balsamic vinegar, garlic
add the beans etc to the cooled onions and I added two tb of tomato puree and tsp colmans mustard powder and thyme
form into burger shapes and chill in the fridge
I then cooked in pan with fry light
(you could add an egg if you wanted or some breadcrumbs, I chose not to, they were fine on cooking and taste great but crumbs could help make a firmer burger)
The most expensive burger I've ever had
This was at an event thrown by Gotham Burger Social and Pearl Street Caviar in New York City. Noah's a great guy and it was awesome meeting him over these tasty burgers.
