Easy Angus beef Swiss burgers with fried Portabella mushroom Parmesan fries is a combination that gives a wow factor to fresh ingredients that just says love on a plate. Portabella mushrooms coated with egg, Panko crumbs, flour, and your favorite seasonings is a very quick and easy meal concept that you won't regret if and when you decide to try it out.

Ingredients - Brioche burger buns (seeds or no seeds optional), lettuce of your preference, Meat or meatless option of your preference for this burger magic, Provolone cheese, Swiss cheese, Onion powder 5 TBSP, Garlic Powder 5 TBSP, Grill mates brown sugar Bourbon packet (1), Holy smoke Badia season, A.1. Sauce your preference, Portabella mushroom packs (2) or 2 large Portabella mushroom caps sliced and stem removed, Bacon of your preference, and lettuce of your preference, Vegetable or Canola oil for frying.
Preparation instructions as follows:
- place bacon on baking sheet and cook in oven on 400 degrees for 14-17 mins check sooner as ovens vary.
- add ground beef in medium - large bowl season meat with dry seasoning measurements listed above in ingredient listing, next add 1/4 A.1. Sauce, 1 packet of Brown Sugar Bourbon burger wet season packet combine and mix well. Began to form burgers to cook to your desired doness.
- add 1/4 cup A1 Sauce, seasonings listed above with measurements.
- wash and rinse Portabella mushrooms, pat dry set aside
- add 2 eggs to a separate dish set aside
- butter buns and toast (optional) set aside
Portabella Mushroom Fries
- add 1 1/2 Panko bread crumbs, 1/2 cup AP flour, 8 TBSP Badia Holy Smoke seasoning to a separate bowl mix well and set aside this is the seasoning for your Portabella mushrooms
- beat 2 eggs lightly this will be your dredge that you will dip your Mushrooms in shake off excess and next dredge into the Panko & AP Flour , and Badia Holy Smokes seasoning mixture shake off excess and place on wire rack. You'll then pan fry stove top on medium high heat for 1-2 mins until golden brown place on wire rack to drip off excess oil.
Cooking instructions as follows:
- Oil skillet with oil of your preference on medium high heat cook burgers to your desired liking/doness.
- cook bacon on 400 degrees for 15-17 mins, set aside check oven sooner as ovens vary in cooking.
- Assemble burgers to your liking, serve, and ENJOY, see you next video!!
