How To make Lima Beans with Grilled Stuffed Vine Leaves
STUFFED GRAPE LEAVES:
32 lg Bottled grape leaves
2/3 c Cooked, chopped spinach
2/3 c Red bell peppers, roasted &
diced 2/3 c Zucchini, grilled & diced
2/3 c Yellow squash. grilled &
:
diced 3 tb Cilantro, chopped
2 tb Lime juice
Salt Hungarian paprika Olive oil spray LIMA BEANS:
1 1/2 c Lima beans, soaked
8 c Water
1 ea Bay leaf
2 tb Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tb Mustard seeds
2 ea Jalapeno peppers, seeded &
-- slivered 1 ea Red bell pepper, chopped
1 c Tomato, chopped
Salt & pepper 3 tb Parsley, chopped
3 tb Mint, chopped
soak grape leaves in cool water for 10 minutes. Rinse, dry on paper towels & cut away tough stems. Combine vegetables & cilantro in a bowl. Add half of the lime juice & season with salt & paprika. Place 1 tb of mixture on each leaf, 3/4" from stem end. Fold stem end over the filling & roll into a firm packet. Soak 4 or 5 long wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes. Thread stuffed leaves onto skewers, about 1" apart. If not using for a day, refrigerate. Drain beans, combine them with water, bay leaf, 1 tb oil & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer until almost tender, 1 1/2 hours. Remove any skins that may float to the top & drain. 15 minutes before serving, heat a grill or broiler. Spray grape leaves
with olive oil & grill 5 minutes a side. Heat remaining oil in a skillet. Add mustard seeds & cover till they pop. Add jalapeno & bell pepper & stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato, fry for 2 minutes. Stir in beans, salt, pepper & herbs. Spoon beans onto a warmed platter & top with grape leaves. Sprinkle with remaining lime juice. Yamuna Devi, "Yamuna's Table"

Hello, my name is Alina, I live in Ukraine and I want to introduce you to real Ukrainian cuisine. Today I prepared cabbage rolls for the whole family. Each hostess prepares this delicious dish in her own way, but I believe that this is the most delicious recipe for cabbage rolls:
Ingredients for Golubtsi:
- cabbage
- rice
- minced meat
- onion
- carrots
- tomato paste
- homemade sour cream
- garlic
- oil for frying
- salt and pepper

How to Make Greek Dolmades. So we need Grapes Leaves and some meat. You can any Meat like pork or beef. But me I prepared with sausages is a great flavor. and put the mince Garlic and Onion mix together with the salt and Black pepper to have taste. You can put other seasoning like garlic powder, oregano and onion powder. mix all then wraps the grapes leaves. if you use the grapes leaves i will suggest just boiled like 8 to 10 mins. so is becomes so is not hard the leaves.

Dolma means stuffed. We have a wide variety of colourful Dolmas from leaves to vegetables. We stuff them with all the aromatic fresh herbs & grains. Sometimes we also add meat. Cooked in a rich & tasty gravy, so satisfying to the taste buds.
ingredients
vine leaves
white cabbage
bell peppers
for stuffing
minced meat 300g
rice 1 cup
yellow split peas 1/2 cup
aromatic herbs such as savory, spring onions & dill 1/5 cup
1 onion
1 tomato
for syrup
vinegar 1/3 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
some water
دلمه از پرشدن میاید. در ایران انواع بسیاری از دلمه های رنگارنگ و خوشطعم وجود دارد. از برگهای گیاهان گرفته تا انواع سبزیها. دلمه ها معمولا با سبزیجات تر و تازه و معطر به همراه حبوباب مختلف پر میشود. گاهی از گوشت هم استفاده میشود. دلمه های پخته شده در سسی بسیار لذیذ و جاافتاده یکی از لذیذترین خوراکها میباشد
