1 Lg Cool whip; partially thaw 1 Sm Lemonade; pink or regular Rind ; one lemon FOLD altogether and put in baking dish to cut into squares after it set up, or in a graham cracker pie crust. Place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours. If it doesn't set up well, freeze for about 1/2 hour. I've had it set up beautifully at times, and at other times really be too runny to be pretty! A sprig of mint on top makes it especially good to look at.

Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie • 1 5 oz can Evaporated milk • 1 3.4 oz box of instant lemon pudding mix, one small box • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate • 1 9inch graham cracker pie shell
1. Combine a 5 oz can of evaporated milk and pudding mix in a small bowl. 2. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute (mixture will be thick). 3. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. 4. Gradually beat in lemonade concentrate. 5. Gradually beat in pudding mixture. 6. Spoon mixture into a pre-made graham cracker pie crust. 7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
I used a 12 oz can of frozen lemonade concentrate. I thawed it out and added ¾ cup to the recipe. Do not add any extra water to the lemonade concentrate Marie

Ingredients 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed Yellow food coloring, optional (I used 7 drops) 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches) Directions 1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in lemonade concentrate. Fold in whipped topping and, if desired, food coloring. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate until set.
Graham Cracker Pie Crust recipe Ingredients Ingredient Checklist 1 ½ cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs ⅓ cup white sugar 6 tablespoons butter, melted Directions Instructions Checklist Step 1 Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Step 2 Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.
