Here's how to make a light and easy main dish for a delicious dinner!
INGREDIENTS
1 young cabbage
3 onions
1 carrot
300g tomato sauce
500g ground-meat
100g rice
Green onions
Salt
Black pepper
Cooking oil for frying
METHOD
Fry chopped onions and carrots in a pan. Put on the bottom of the form.
Cut the cabbage into slices. Put in the form.
In the stuffing, put grated onions, green onions, salt, pepper, rice (cooked until half-cooked). Mix. Form meatballs and lay on top of the cabbage.
Salt the tomato sauce, pepper and add water. Mix. Pour into mold. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
