The perfect combination of cabbage with meatballs! A simple soup recipe for the lazy!
Ingredients
1 medium onion
1 carrot
1 cabbage
Vegetable oil
3 italian sausage meat or grounded meat
1 can diced tomatoes in tomato juice
Chicken or any broth you have or water
1 can tomato sauce
1 full tbsp sour cream
Black pepper
Dry garlic
Chipotle powder
Salt to your taste
Bay leaves
Bunch of dill
Bunch of parsley
Today I will make cabbage soup with meatballs, my kids love it!

First finely chop 1 medium onion.
Heat the oil on the pan.
Add onions to the pan to fry.
Grate 1 carrot.
Add carrots to the onions in the pan.
Mix and fry them together.
Take one cabbage and cut it into big pieces.
The mixture of onions and carrots separate into 2 portions.
One half leave in the pan and the other half add to the bowl.
Now add cabbage to the pan with onions and carrots.
Mix it gentle. :)
In the bowl with the other half of carrot and onion I will add meat.
I am using Italian sausage meat because it’s already seasoned with spices. :)
You can use any grounded meat just don’t forget to season it.
I used 3 sausages.
Also add half a cup of rice.
Mix it well with your hands.
Now let’s form our meatballs. :)
When cabbage is cooked, move it to the pot and put on medium heat.
Add 1 can of diced tomatoes in tomato juice to the pot with cabbage.
On top add our delicious meatballs.
I will add chicken broth, you can add any broth or water.
Liquid needs to cover the meatballs. :)
For the sauce I am using 1 can of tomato juice.
1 full tbsp of sour cream.
Add black pepper and dry garlic.
Also you can salt it if needed.
Mix well.
Add our sauce to the pot.
Add bay leaves.
When it starts to boil,put it on low heat.
Cook it for a minimum of 20 min, because we have rice there. :)
For topping I love to cut a bunch of dill and parsley.
When it’s done, add greens on top and that’s it.
So delicious, it reminds me of childhood.

Willkommen auf unserem Kanal!
Zubereitung und Zutaten:
Schneiden Sie die Zwiebel.
Salz, eine Mischung aus italienischen Kräutern, Muskatnuss, schwarzem Pfeffer, Paprika und 2 Knoblauchzehen hinzufügen.
Gut mischen.
Die junge Zwiebel und den Dill hacken.
Fügen Sie 5-6 Esslöffel weißen Joghurt und 2 Teelöffel Tomatenmark hinzu.
Den Kohl wie im Video gezeigt schneiden und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.

Salz und schwarzen Pfeffer hinzufügen.
Hackfleisch auf den Kohl geben.
Die Soße auf dem Hackfleisch verteilen.
45 Minuten bei 180°C backen.
3 Kartoffeln schneiden.
Mischen Sie Salz, schwarzen Pfeffer, Paprika, 2 Knoblauchzehen und 4 Esslöffel Pflanzenöl.
Die Kartoffeln auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
60 g Parmesan reiben und 1/2 der Kartoffeln darüber streuen.
15 Minuten bei 200°C backen.
Dann auf die andere Seite wenden und weitere 15 Minuten bei 200 °C backen.
Petersilie hacken
Fügen Sie 2 Hälften Parmesankäse hinzu.
Mmmmm, was für ein Duft! Ich mag Kohl sehr, und du?
Zu den Kartoffeln geben und mischen.
