A Vegan Thanksgiving
This year I decided I'd cook my own vegan Thanksgiving meal. And I must say, the final result was quite yummy!

*For the Tofurky roast, I just followed the instructions on the back of the box and cooked with veggies on the side. I purchased this roast from Sprouts Farmers Market.
*For the rolls, I added vegan butter and toasted in the oven for about 5 mins.
