2 c Flour; sifted
4 tb Sugar
1/2 lb Butter
1 c Chopped nuts; * see note
3/4 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
* We prefer to use pecans. Walnuts work well also. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, add sugar and continue to cream. Add flour, mix in nuts. Form into crescent-shaped cookies and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. While cookies are cooling, mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Roll cookies in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Betcha can't eat just one... -----

Lemon Zest - 1 tsp
Red currant jam

Eggless Almond Crescent Cookies
EGGLESS ALMOND CRESCENT COOKIES
1cup unsalted butter, room temp
2/3cup sugar
1/4tsp vanilla extract
1/4tsp almond extract
2cups All purpose flour
1cup Almond flour
1/2cup confectioners sugar for sprinkling
METHOD:-
Preheat oven 180celsius / 350 Fahrenheit
Cream butter+sugar together until light in colour & fluffy.
Mix vanilla+ almond extract very well. Add to butter mixture.
Add both the flours & mix well. Don’t overmix.Dough will be little crumbly.
Take 1 1/2 tblsp dough at a time & roll into a ball , then shape into a crescent.
Place on parchment paper on the baking tray.
Bake for 10-15 mnts or until they turn light brown on edges & base is light brown.
Allow cookies to cook & roll them on confectioners sugar.
Keep in an airtight container at room temp for a week.

Hello friends.Almond Crescent Cookies are buttery, nutty and filled with almond.
Ingredients: 16pcs ( 25g each )
112g unsalted butter
A pinch of salt
65g granulated sugar
3 drops of vanilla essence
130g cake flour
65g almond powder
40g chopped almonds
*Coating powdered sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15 minutes

Pecan Crescent Cookies
Delicious melt in your mouth pecan cookies.
Ingredients:
2 sticks of butter, softened (1 cup)
2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/8 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of almond extract
1 cup of ground pecans
2 cups of powdered sugar for dredging
Mix butter until creamy. Add all other ingredients until well combined. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. After the dough has chilled put a tablespoon and a half of the dough into a crescent shape and bake at 375f for 12 to 15 minutes.
When cool enough to handle dredge the cookies in powdered sugar. Let cool completely and then dredge them again in more powdered sugar. Enjoy!
