How To make Iced Coffee& Chocolate Pie
1/4 cup Milk
cold
2 packages Unflavored gelatin
1 cup Milk :
heat to boiling
2 cups Vanilla ice milk
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Keebler chocolate pie crust
In blender add 1/4 c cold milk. Sprinkle gelatin over milk and mix on LOW. Let stand 3-4 min to soften. Add hot milk; cover and mix on LOW until gelatin dissolves, about 2 min. Add ice milk, sugar, coffee granules and vanilla. Cover and mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls.

◆コーヒー&チョコムースケーキの作り方

本日はオーブンなしで作れるチョコムースケーキになります。
■土台
オレオ…75g
無塩バター…30g
■チョコレートムース
クーベルチュール・スイート…100g
カカオ56%
卵黄…34g(2個分)
グラニュー糖…30g
水…5ml
ゼラチン…5g
(ゼラチンを戻す水は冷水20mlが目安)
生クリーム35%…80ml
下準備
・ゼラチン5gを20~30mlの冷水で戻しておく
・生クリームを氷水に当て6分立てにする
(全体がとろとろな状態が目安)
①チョコレートを60℃の湯煎で溶かす
②ボウルに卵黄、水、グラニュー糖を入れ全体が混ざったら
80℃の湯煎にあて筋が残るくらいまでさらに泡立てパータボンブを作る
③戻したゼラチンを湯煎で溶かし上記と合わせる
※沸騰直前の湯煎で溶かすとゼラチンの組織が壊れ固まらない原因となるので50~60℃くらいの湯煎を使用する
④パータ・ボンブと溶かしたチョコレートを合わせる
⑤泡立てた生クリームを合わせ型に流し込む
■ガナッシュ
クーベルチュール・スイート…60g
カカオ56%
生クリーム35%…45ml
①チョコレートを溶かし温めた生クリームを加えガナッシュを作りチョコムースの上から流し込み冷やす
■コーヒームース
卵黄…34g(2個分)
グラニュー糖…30g
粉コーヒー…4g
牛乳…80ml
ゼラチン…5g
生クリーム35%…70ml
下準備
・ゼラチン5gを20~30mlの冷水で戻しておく
・生クリームを氷水に当て6分立てにする
(全体がとろとろな状態が目安)
①ボウルに卵黄、グラニュー糖を加え白っぽくなるまで泡立てる
②鍋に牛乳を入れ温め粉コーヒーを加え上記と合わせる全体をなじませ鍋に戻す
③上記を鍋に戻し85℃まで加熱しボウルに移し余熱で戻したゼラチンを合わせゼラチンが溶けたら氷水に当て冷ます
④泡立てた生クリームを加え混ぜ合わせたら型に流し込む
■コーヒーゼリー
水…350ml
粉コーヒー…4g
グラニュー糖…40g
ゼラチン…10g
①鍋に水を入れ沸かす
②グラニュー糖、粉コーヒーを入れ全体が混ざったら戻したゼラチンを加え冷やし固める

■ Foundation
75g…Oreo
30g…butter
■ Chocolate mousse
100g…black chocolate
34g…egg yolk
30g…Granulated sugar
5ml…Water
5g…gelatin
80ml…heavy cream
Preparation
・ Rehydrate 5g of gelatin with 20-30ml of water.
・ Put the cream in ice water and stand for 6 minutes.
(As a guide, the whole is mellow)
① Melt chocolate in a water bath at 60 ℃
② Put egg yolk, water and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix them all.
Make more whipping parta bombs in a water bath at 80 ° C until streaks remain.
③ Melt the returned gelatin in a water bath and combine it with the above.
* If you dissolve it in a water bath just before boiling, it may cause the gelatin structure to break and not harden, so use a water bath at about 50-60 ° C.
④ Combine the parta bomb and the melted chocolate.
⑤ Pour the whipped cream into the mold.
■Ganache
60g…black chocolate
45ml…heavy cream
■ Coffee mousse
34g…egg yolk
30g…Granulated sugar
4g…Coffee powder
80ml…milk
5g…gelatin
70ml…heavy cream
preparation
・Reconstitute 5g of gelatin with 20-30ml of cold water.
・Put fresh cream in ice water and stand for 6 minutes.
(As a guideline, the whole is melty.)
① Add egg yolk and granulated sugar to a bowl and whisk until it becomes whitish.
② Put milk in a pot and warm it, add powdered coffee, mix with the above and return to the pot
③Put the above ingredients back into the pan and heat to 85℃.
④ Add the whipped fresh cream and mix it, then pour it into the mold
■ Coffee jelly
350ml…Water candy
4g…Coffee powder
40g…Granulated sugar
10g…gelatin
①Put water in a pot and boil it.
② Add granulated sugar and powdered coffee, and when the whole is mixed, add the reconstituted gelatin and cool to harden.

Easy Cold Brew Coffee Pie | Dessert
Like most people coffee is a drink I cannot live without. Just the thought of a day without my cup of joe makes me cringe. So when I stumbled across this cream pie recipe with coffee as the star ingredient, I had to make it!
Rich coffee flavor blended with creamy milk gives you a delicious latte flavour. The crunch of the chocolate crust transforms this pie into mochachino! No matter how hot it gets outside, you can always enjoy your coffee anytime of the day!
