50 gms kashmiri/bedki red chillies
7-8 tbsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped garlic
4-5 tbsp finely chopped ginger
salt
1tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce

Today i have bring you one more tasty, spicy and organic chutney made from organic fresh green apricot. Its is so tasty and yummy to serve with any meal.Green apricots are not typically eaten raw due to their overly tart and bitter flavor, however adding salt to raw fruits may help reduce the acid or sour taste.Green apricots can be used to make jams or chutneys. Whole Green apricots are often pickled along with savory spices in the Middle East.
Here are the required ingredients to prepare yummy, spicy and tasty green apricot chutney:
i-Organic Green Apricots (Unripe apricots) 150 gm + Kernels
ii-Yogurt 1cup
iii-Cumin seed 1/2 tbs
iv-Black pepper 1/2 tbs
vi-Lemon 1pc
vii-Chilies 1pc
viii-Usual salt

Apricot chutney (Khubani ki chutney)
This apricot chutney, also known as khubani ki chutney, is an Indian-style spiced chutney made with dried apricots, ginger, and other spices. The sweetness of this chutney is balanced with the kick of Indian spices which gives it a very interesting combination of flavors.

Ingredients list
1.5 cups dried apricots
½ tablespoon finely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons white vinegar
¼ cup powdered jaggery/ sugar adjust to taste
1 tablespoon raisins
7-8 cashew nuts roughly chopped
½ teaspoon red chili powder adjust to taste
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper adjust to taste
Salt to taste
3 cups water
