Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake IIFYM! ONLY 168 cals per slice, 15 g protein, 6 g Fat and 11 g carbs.

When you do anything consistently you eventually perfect it right?
This makes my top 5 all time cheesecake recipes - healthy or not!
Macros
Ingredients:
700g No Fat Ricotta Cheese
250g 1/3 Fat Ricotta
30g Gelatine
30g Chocolate WPI
100ml Egg White or Egg Stirs
40g (1.5 cups) powdered Sweetener
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 heaped tsp Cocoa Powder
60g Choc chips
Pre heat oven to 380 degrees. Line a slice tin with baking paper and set to one side.
Combine all ingredients in a blender / food processor until smooth excluding the choc chips. Fold these in last. Transfer ingredients into slice tin and bake for 34-40 mins. DON'T Overcook!
