INSTANTPOT Hearty Beef Stew Recipe
This is the best Comfort Food you could make for your Family & Friends during the Fall & Winter months (in my Opinion). It’s loaded with Beef, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions & flavored with Sangria, Beef Bouillon, Olive Oil & House Seasoning, which consist of Seasoned Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder & Pepper Mixed!
Now remember to taste your Stew as you go, because the Instantpot will cook away a lot of the foods Flavor, so Add Seasoning accordingly..
I really hope you Guys give this Old Fashioned Beef Stew a try.. & My Son made some Homemade Buttermilk to go with it.. I also have a Video coming up on him making those as well..

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast Meat (cut in to 1 inch chunks)
1/4 cup (32 g) all purpose flour
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1/2 tsp (1.5 g) pepper
1/4 cup (60 ml) cooking oil ( I used grape seed oil)
1 medium stick of celery (85 g) (chopped)
1 medium to large onion (215 g) (chopped)
3 cloves fresh garlic (15 g) (minced)
1 Tbsp (16 g) tomato paste
3 1/2 cups (828 ml) water
2 1/2 Tbsp (25 g) beef bouillon powder
2 tsp ( 13 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 lb (454 g) potatoes (cut large chunks) (I used red and Russet potatoes)
2 medium to large carrots (225 g) (cut on to large chunks)
2 dried bay leaves
1 1/2 Tbsp (8.5 g) corn starch
1 1/2 Tbsp (21.5 ml) cold water

Hearty Beef Stew Recipe
The Best Beef Stew Recipe Ever!
Remove fat from beef stew meat cubes
Place a pot over high heat and to the pota add 2-3 tbs of oil
Add your beef stew meat and cook until well brown
Cut your fire off
In a bowl combine 4 cups of water and 1 cup of beef broth and 4 tbs of flour. Stir until flour is well dissolved to create a slurry.
To the pot of browned beef stew meat add 1/2 cup of ketchup, 2 tbs of brown sugar, 2 tbs of worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of pepper, 1 bay leaf, and poor in slurry.
Stir with plastic spoon, make sure to stir bottom of pan to deglaze seasoning at bottom
Cover with a top and simmer over low heat for approximately 1 hour
Meanwhile, peal and chop up 3 potatoes into medium size pieces, chop up 1 or 2 stalks of celery into tiny pieces and chop up 1-2 carrots into small size circles.
After an hour, add the veggies to the pot of beef stew meat. Cover with a lid again and continue to simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender and broth thickens

Hearty & Easy Beef Stew from Scratch (the beef stew recipe you'll keep making for years!)
This week we're making an absolute staple of American family meals: Succulent beef stew. Using some good stewing meat, plenty of root vegetables, and seasonings, this is a stick to your ribs meal that's sure to leave everyone satisfied. This particular recipe is my slightly modified version of the stew my dad often cooked during hunting and camping trips, and I simply can't get enough of it.

Beef Stew Recipe:
Ingredients
Beef Stew Seasoning Mix:
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-2 teaspoons dry oregano
-1 tablespoon dry basil
-1 tablespoons salt
-1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
-1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
-2 tablespoons paprika
-1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
-1 tablespoons celery salt
-1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
-1 teaspoon dry, ground rosemary
Beef Stew:
-About 3 1/2 lbs of stewing beef (or chuck roast cut into bite-sized pieces)
-10 tablespoons of beef stew seasoning
-3 cups water
-2 cups beef broth
-1 1/2 cups chopped onion (about 1 medium-sized onion)
-1 1/2 cups chopped celery (about 5 celery stalks)
-1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
-2 cups chopped carrots (about 4-5 carrots)
-2 cups diced russet potatoes (about 5 large potatoes)
-4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Beef Stew Seasoning Mix:
-Mix all ingredients together in a jar or similar container.
-Shake container very thoroughly for a couple minutes to ensure all ingredients are completely mixed.
-Use about 2.5 tablespoons of seasoning mix per pound of beef in your stew. Be sure to dissolve in cold water before adding to stew.
Beef Stew:
-Heat olive oil in large stock pot. Then add beef and brown, stirring every minute or two.
-Combine seasoning mix with 1 cup of cold water and mix or stir very thoroughly until the mix is completely dissolved.
-Add dissolved seasoning mix to pot and stir. Let cook for a couple minutes on medium heat.
-Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion, and mix everything together.
