QUICK Vegetable Ground Beef Soup Recipe + Tomato Paste Hack!
Warm up with this quick and easy Vegetable Ground Beef Soup! Here's what you'll need to make the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, diced
8 cups beef broth
28 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed and cut
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
⅓ cup freshly chopped parsley

Video Cooking Demonstration and recipe for Chicken Alphabet Soup, made in the Thermochef. In this video we show you how to prepare a light fresh soup, perfect for enticing little people to eat especially after an illness. It is full of vitamins, protein, fluids and carbohydrates to ensure a quicker recovery. By using alphabet letter pasta and daisy carrots you are adding interest, encouraging those jaded appetites. Don't wait to get sick to enjoy this delicious soup, its great anytime. Feel free to add ginger slices or chilli to spice it up up for the adults.
INGREDIENTS:
80 grams of sliced celery
50 grams carrot
120 grams sliced onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
100 grams alphabet noodles
2 chicken stock cubes
Vege salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
200 grams lean chicken meat cut into 20 mm (3/4) pieces
1-1 1/2 litres of water
parsley to serve
METHOD:
Place the weater,stock cubes,carrots and garlic in the Thermochef jug and cook 7 minutes on varoma speed 1.
Add alphabet noodles,chicken pieces,celery, onion and cook 5 minutes on varoma. The vegetables and chicken will be cooked but intact. Serve with parsley sprigs and sliced spring onions for a perfect recovery food.

How To Make A Delicious Alphabet Soup
This is an amazing alphabet soup recipe that your kids will love. For this recipe, I began by adding a generous amount of olive oil to a soup pot. I added ginger, garlic, chili, as well as turmeric to the pot. The chili is optional. I allowed this mixture time to cook slightly. Then, I added the onion and cooked it for about a minute. Next, I added the tomatoes and allowed them to cook for about two minutes. After, I added the celery and carrots and sauteed the mixture for another minute. Salt is optional, depending on your broth. I added the broth, added 4 cups of water, and reached a full boil. This took about 5 minutes. I added the pasta and cooked it for another 5 minutes with a strong boil. This recipe is easy and delicious. I hope you give it a try. Happy cooking!

7 oz of alphabet pasta,
32 oz of vegetable broth,
4 cups water,
