Cookies: 1 1/3 c Brown sugar; frimly packed
1/2 c Butter or margarine; softend
1 Egg
1 c Apple;peeled; finely chopped
1/4 c Apple juice
2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Raisins
1 c Chopped nuts
Topping: 3/4 c Rolled oats
3/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted
Heat oven to 375 F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat 1-1/3 cups brown sugar and 1/2 cup margarineuntil light and fluffy. Add egg; blend well. Beat in apple and apple juice. Lightly spoon flour int measuring cup; level off. Add flour, baking soda, 1 ts cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. In shallow bowl, combine rolled oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 ts cinnamon. Add 1/3 cup margarine, stir until particles are moistened. drop cookie dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets. Top each with 1/2 ts topping. Bake at 375 F for 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets. 4 dozen cookies. -----

100g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1g salt
1 egg
vanilla
160g flour
3g baking powder
100g chocolate + 20 g
50g nuts
Bake 190℃ for 13 to 14 minutes
▶American measurements
7 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3.5 ounces chocolate + 0.7 ounces
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Bake at 375°F for 13 to 14 minutes

▶Method
Add sugar and salt to softened butter and mix.
Add beaten egg and mix.
Add vanilla, flour and baking powder.
Add the chocolate and nuts and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Divide the dough into 135g portions and make 4 cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven to 190°C for 13 to 14 minutes.

MEASURING CUPS:
Makes 14 large cookies or 16-18 medium sized
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (100g) Brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup (50g) White sugar
1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted butter, softened
1 large Egg
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1½ (190g) All-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup (160g) Chocolate chips or less if you prefer
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat until creamy, about 2 minutes.
2. Add egg, vanilla extract and beat until combined, scrape the bottom and sides as needed.
3. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
4. Add flour mixture into the butter mixture. 1/2 at the time, mix until combined.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. At this stage if dough is too soft, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). line two baking trays with parchment paper.
8. Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving at least 3 inches (7.5 cm) of space between the cookies.
9. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden around the edges.
11. Allow to cool before serving.

I'll show you how easy it is to make banana oatmeal cookies. These breakfast cookies are so moist and soft yet have a wonderful chewy texture from the oats and raisins. This recipe is also super fast! You don't need a stand mixer and there's no chill time.
Recipe (yields 12 large cookies)
½ cup unsalted butter (dairy or vegan butter)
1 ripe banana
½ cup light brown sugar
½ tsp himalayan pink salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

귀여운 사과쿠키를 구웠어요. 방송에서 윤아가 구웠던 쿠키에요. 모양이 귀여워서 선물용으로 딱 좋은 것 같아요. 만드는데 시간은 오래 걸리지만 보람은 있더라구요. 사과 모양을 잡을때가 가장 긴장되는 순간이에요. 반죽을 냉동 또는 냉장실에 두었다가 굳었을 때 빠르게 만들어야 모양을 잡을 수 있어요. 사과껍질 부분은 균일하게 만들려고 2mm 두께의 각봉을 이용해 만들었는데 좀더 얇게 만들면 더 예쁠 것 같아요. 빨간 반죽을 두를 때 반죽과 반죽 사이가 잘 밀착 되어야 잘랐을 때 단면이 예쁜 모양이 나와요.

▶ Ingredients│재료
180g Unsalted Butter│무염버터
120g Sugar powder│슈가파우더
50g Egg│달걀
2.5g Vanilla extract│바닐라익스트랙
350g Cake flour│박력분
50g Almond powder│아몬드가루
1.2g Baking powder│베이킹파우더
Red food coloring│레드 식용색소
Green food coloring│그린 식용색소
Chocolate chip│초코칩
▶ 약 20개 분량
▶ Recipe│만드는법
1. 실온에 두어 말랑해진 버터를 잘 풀어준 후 슈가파우더를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 바닐라익스트랙과 계란을 2번에 나눠 넣고 잘 섞는다.
3. 박력분, 아몬드가루, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 주걱으로 11자를 그리며 섞는다.
4. 반죽중 약 240~250g을 덜어서 레드 식용색소를 넣고 섞은 후 2장의 유산지 사이에 넣고 얇게 밀어준다. 냉장고에 1시간 정도 놓아둔다.
5. 반죽중 약 50~60g을 덜어서 그린 식용색소를 넣고 섞은 후 유산지에 돌돌말아 냉장고에 1시간 정도 놓아둔다.
6. 나머지 반죽은 유산지에 돌돌 말아 냉동실에 30분정도 굳힌다.
7. 냉동실에 굳힌 반죽의 양쪽에 V모양으로 자르고 빨간색 반죽으로 감싼다음 밀착시켜준다.
8. (7)반죽의 V컷 부분에 초록색 반죽을 올려놓고 잎사귀 모양으로 잡아준후 냉동실에 30분 굳힌다.
9. 사과모양으로 만들어 굳힌 반죽을 자르고 팬닝한 후 초콜릿칩을 박아 넣은후 160도 예열된 오븐에 15분 굽는다.
