How To make Hamburger & Barley Soup
1 lb Ground beef preferable lean
1 c Celery diced
1 c Carrots, diced
1 c Cabbage, sliced
1 Onion, small, diced
4 c Beef broth
1 1/2 c Tomatoes, canned plum, undra
1/3 c Barley, uncooked
1 ts Thyme, dried
1/2 ts Basil
1 c Garlic, chopped
1 1/2 ts Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Balsamic vinegar
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper Brown beef in a large saucepan. Drain off any fat then add celery, carrots, cabbage, onion, beef broth, tomatoes and juice, barley, thyme, basil and garlic. Cover, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to an hour or until vegetables and barley are just tender. Remove from heat, stir in brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Check seasoning and serve with plenty of crusty bread or rolls. -----

INGREDIENTS _____________
1 1/2 lbs. Chuck Roast (bite size pieces)
1 lbs. Red potatoes (1/2 inch pieces)
1 1/2 C. Fresh green beans or frozen (tips removed & cut into 3)
1 3/4 C. Fresh corn (you can use frozen)
1 Medium Chopped onion
1 1/4 C. Chopped celery
1 1/4 C. Chopped carrots (i used 3 skinny long ones)
1 C. Frozen peas
4 Large garlic cloves (minced)
2 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Olive Oil (divided)
2 tsp dried BASIL
1 1/2 tsp dried THYME
1 1/4 tsp OREGANO
1 tsp Crushed ROSEMARY
3 tsp sugar (not 2)
2 Bay leaves
1/2 Can Tomato paste (3oz)
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
1 Tbsp BEEF BOUILLON (I used KNORR)
3 tsp Lemon juice (start with 1 or 2 if you like)
7 C. Beef broth
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
All Purpose Flour (as needed for meat)

28 can crush tomatoes
2 tbsp beef bouillon ( add a little at a time until you get the right taste)
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
thyme, rosemary, oregano
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 potatoes
1 tsp onion powder and garlic and herb seasoning
1/2 tsp dried thyme, pepper
enough water to get to the consistency you like
1 tsp wostichier sauce
1 tsp sugar

Barley soup recipe with ground beef, healthy soup recipes at home. A delicious and healthy recipe for soup lovers. Beef barley soup recipe sauce is a great soup with a few spices.
Ingredients:
150 g barley noodles, 100 g ground beef, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 grated tomato, 50 ml oil, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red pepper, 1 teaspoon mint, 1 teaspoon ground red pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 liters of boiled water.
Soup with Barley Noodle and Minced Meat Recipe:
Pour 50 ml of oil and 100 grams of ground beef into a pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Pour 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour the grated tomatoes, black pepper, chili peppers, ground red pepper, mint, barley noodles, 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well.
Pour 1.5 liters of hot water and boil for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ready to serve.
