How To make Grilled Turkey Legs
Ingredients

carbonated beverage, bottle, lemon-lime flavored

sugar

hot sauce

tablespoon
red pepper flakes, crushed

tablespoon
black pepper

onion, sweet, sliced

each
turkey legs
2
tablespoon
honey
1
tablespoon
steak seasoning
Directions:
In a large pot, mix the lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, sugar, hot sauce, red pepper, pepper, and onion. Place the turkey legs in the mixture, and bring to a boil. Cook 30 to 45 minutes, until the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (80 degrees C).
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate. Remove onion slices from the mixture, and arrange on the prepared grill. Place turkey legs over the onions. Drizzle with honey, and season with steak seasoning. Cook, tuning once, 20 minutes, or until a crisp browned crust has formed on the turkey legs.

I am telling you, these are the best Smoked Turkey Legs you’ll ever have! Brined overnight then generously seasoned with my Big Bad BBQ Ale from @Spiceology we smoked till tender and glazed with hot honey. Smoked Turkey Legs On The Weber Charcoal Grill | Turkey Leg Recipe
We are smoking some big turkey legs on the Weber grill! These large legs are packed full of flavor! Smoked just right on the Weber kettle. Watch the whole video and be entertained!
Brine Recipe:
1 cup hot water
4 cups cold water
2 Tbsp sea salt
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp garlic powder
Dash of black pepper
Bring hot water to almost a boil. Add salt and brown sugar. Whisk until dissolved. Once dissolved, whisk in all remaining ingredients. Let cool for 30 minutes.

Thank you for watching my Smoked Turkey Legs Recipe. This smoked turkey leg recipe is quick and easy! I'm the first guy to go for the turkey legs at Thanksgiving or while visiting my local state fair. The rub and sauce I used for these turkey legs had a really good flavor. My Yoder YS640 Pellet smoker did an amazing job and the Jealous Devil Pellets I used gave these turkey legs a good smoky flavor.
