Grilled Pork Chops with Apples - NoRecipeRequired.com
Grilled Pork Chops are a favorite of mine. The high heat of the grill, lets you get a great smoky char on the outside of the chop, while still keeping the center medium to medium well, which keeps the pork chop nice and moist. For this recipe, I brined the pork chop, did a quick cook on the grill, and them pair it will some sautéed apples - which are a perfect side/sauce for pork.
Along with some potatoes or rice, and some fresh veggies, these pork chops are great for an elegant meal or a summer cookout. Enjoy them!
