Sweet meets heat, a perfect flavor combo! This mango-habanero bbq sauce recipe is perfect for grilled shrimp, fish, chicken, or pork, with just the right amount of sweetness and the perfect amount of heat.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion chopped
4 habanero peppers diced
4 cloves garlic chopped
2-3 cups chopped mango (I used 2 cups for this recipe, but you can use more as desired)
6 ounces tomato paste
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons spicy chili flakes
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground ginger
½ cup brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Peach Chipotle Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
2 lb chicken tenders
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
In a medium bowl place your chicken tenders, make sure you pat them dry first. Add in the garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onion salt, and salt, toss and coat the chicken pieces. Set aside while you make the peach chipotle salsa.
In a medium-size bowl combine the tomatoes, peaches red onion, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, cilantro, and salt. Mix till combined. Add in the avocado and gently stir making sure not to mash the avocado. Cover and set aside.
Preheat to medium-high heat a cast iron grill pan or your grill and coat with oil. Cook Chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done 165 degrees F.
Arrange chicken on a platter and top with peach chipotle salsa. Drizzle honey over the top, serve immediately. Enjoy!

This Apricot chicken flavor combo will drive everybody crazy and you won't believe how easy and effortless it is to prepare!

Ingredients:
4-6 chicken thighs bone in and skin on
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup French dressing
1 cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and set a cast iron skillet to heat on medium high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add it to the cast iron skillet, skin side down.
Brown both sides of the chicken for 3-5 minutes.
In a bowl or large measuring cup add the rest of the ingredients and whisk them together.
Pour half over the chicken, putt the pan in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Pour the rest over the chicken and cook an additional 5 minutes.
