BOURBON GRAHAM CRACKER CANDY
Bourbon Graham Cracker Candy is so buttery and crunchy with just the right amount of bourbon flavor. It’s easy to make and keeps well in a ziptop bag. This southern treat is perfect for a Kentucky Derby Party.

Graham Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
For honey crumbs:
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 can condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
marshmallows
For chocolate crumbs:
4 cups chocolate cracker crumbs
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
marshmallows
For toppings: (optional)
White chocolate chips
Dark chocolate chips
2 cups Whipping Cream
m & m minis
sliced almonds
candy sprinkle
shredded dessicated coconut
choco sprinkle
Instructions:
1. Combine graham crumbs, condensed milk and heavy cream, evap milk until moistened and resemble a cookie dough.
2. Using a scooper or tablespoon scoop out graham dough roll between your palm to form a ball. Press the centre of the dough ball and put marshmallow the seal and roll it again to make a ball. Continue making graham balls until you're done. Freeze for 3 hours.
3. Coat each graham balls with your prepared coating. Topped it with candy sprinkles, m&m minis, sliced almonds, shredded coconut, etc.
4. Refrigerate graham balls for 30 minutes before serving you can store any left overs in a plastic container and keep refrigerated.

Bourbon Balls Recipe – Easy and Delicious Desserts – North Texas Vegetable Gardening and Cooking
Ingredients
● 1 (12 oz) package vanilla wafers – finely crushed
● 5 Tbsp. of your favorite bourbon
● 1 (11.5 oz) package milk chocolate chips
● 1 (14 0z) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
● 3/4 cup chopped pecans or nuts
Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine vanilla wafer crumbs and bourbon.
2. Melt chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add milk.
3. Add crumb mixture gradually mixing well. Chill or let stand for 20 to 30 mins.
4. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the nuts. Store covered.
Note: After about 24 hours the flavors intensify. Freezes well.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup (140 g) finely ground Vanilla Wafers (about 40 regular Nilla wafers) or Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup (110 g) finely ground Nuts , we prefer pecans
1 cup (120 g) Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground Ginger (or freshly grated Ginger)
fresh grated Nutmeg , to taste
1/4 cup (22 g) Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup (60 ml) Bourbon or Rum
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Agave Nectar or light Corn Syrup
TOPPING IDEAS
ground Vanilla Wafers (Nilla Wafers)
finely chopped Pecans
Pecans and ground wafers together
Powdered Sugar
Cocoa Powder
crushed Candy Canes

No Bake Rum Balls Recipe
Rum balls are a traditional Christmas dessert. Boozy and rich, keep these beauties in the fridge for several days for even more taste!

Ingredients
• 250gGraham crackers
• 50g Powdered Sugar
• 20g Cocoa Powder
• 130g Roasted Pecans
• 5ml Vanilla Extract
• 50g Corn Syrup
• 80g Rum
instructions
Step 1 Preparation
1. Place the pecans on a baking sheet
2. Bake at 325 °F for 25 minutes (Optional)
3. When they are cooled, chop them into pieces
4. In a plastic bag, place the graham crackers
5. Use a rolling pin to crush them
6. Weigh the rest of the ingredients (Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla Extract, Corn Syrup, and Rum ). It will be easier to do the recipe.
Step 2 Making the balls
1. In a bowl, place the crushed crackers, the powdered sugar, the cocoa powder, the pecan pieces, the vanilla extract, the corn syrup, and the rum ( Add everything you prepared)
2. Mix until everything appears to be well combined.
3. Form two tablespoons of batter into balls
Step 3 The Toppings
1. Roll them in the topping of your choice ( powdered sugar, cocoa powder, candies, coconut )
2. Enjoy them
3. keep the rum balls in the fridge for several days for even more flavors!
