How To make Ginger Plum Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops -- 3/8" thick
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 jar (8 oz.) plum preserves
2 teaspoons ground dry ginger
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side, turn; stir together remaining ingredients and add to skillet. cover skillet, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with roasted potato wedges if desired. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups of fresh plums( after pitted and skin is removed)
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons of chili flakes (depending on how spicy you like your food)
1 & 1/2 tablespoons of dried onions
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoons of ginger
1 to 3 tablespoons of brown sugar ( depending on how tart your plums are)
In a medium saucepan,bring all the ingredients to a boil. Until it starts to thicken up. When it starts to thicken up. Turn off heat and use the sauce on either pork or chicken.
Boneless Air fried pork chops.
360° for 10 minutes then flip and cook for additional 10 minutes

Chicken Chop in Plum Sauce 梅子酱鸡扒
Ingredients:
Serves 4 - 5 pax

Marinated chicken

~500g (2 pieces or 17.6 oz) boneless chicken thigh
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white rice wine (can be omitted if you can't take alcohol)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 stalk of spring onion (stem only) - crushed
A few dashes of white pepper
2 tablespoons cornflour (add about 10 mins before pan-frying)
Other ingredients

2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons plum paste or plum sauce (can be replaced with honey)
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce (can be replaced with ketchup)
2 tablespoons low sodium light soy sauce
2 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce
1 cup (250ml or 2.45 fl oz) water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Some cornstarch solution
Some toasted sesame seed
