German Meatballs | Konigsberger Klopse | With Lemon Caper Sauce
I'd never heard of this recipe for German Meatballs (Königsberger Klopse) with Lemon and Caper Sauce until I got a request for it. They turned out really well - these meatballs are savoury and well-flavoured, and the creamy lemon and caper sauce is a surprising combination. This meatball recipe is easy to make and worth doing.
