How To Turn $1 Canned Tuna Into a Restaurant Meal (4 Ways)
This video is all about canned tuna. A can of tuna is an excellent source of protein and it can cost you as little as $1/can. These canned tuna dishes are easy and quick to make and they are as good as restaurant meals. All you need is some basic ingredients and some tuna. I made a tuna burger, a spicy tuna fried rice, some tuna pasta, and a (failed) tuna mayo onigiri.

Wild caught FRESH TUNA in cherry tomatoes- 5 easy steps.
#fish #cookingchannel #cookingvideo
Real easy to cook authentic tuna pasta in 30 minutes. It takes 5 easy steps and a pan to cook it. My family loves it and you will too.
Here are the ingredients.
Paccheri with Fresh Tuna and Cherry Tomatoes Ingredients:-
1 lb. Paccheri pasta or any large shape pasta (454 g)
1 lb. fresh Tuna steaks cubed (454 g)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (60 ml)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp chili flakes or one chili pepper
1/2 cup white wine (120 ml)
1 lb. cherry tomatoes (454 g)
Fresh basil to garnish
Salt to taste.
Directions:-
Step#1- Bring a large pot with water and salt to boil and add your pasta. Boil just under al dente.
Step#2- In a large sauté pan add oil, garlic and chili pepper sauté on medium heat, and be careful not to burn the garlic.
Step#3- Add tuna and stir. As it changes color add wine and let it evaporate.
Step#4- Add the cherry tomatoes and basil. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
( The tuna cooks quickly so time it with the pasta's cooking).
Retain a cup of pasta water.
Step#5- Drain pasta and add to sauté pan. Stir for about a minute and add a little of the pasta water if needed.
Step#6- Plate and garnish with basil.
Enjoy!
Buon appetito
