cooked Simmer limas, scallions and mustard in vegetable broth about 7 minutes while pasta is cooking. Add tomatoes and remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta in sauce.

Butter beans 1 cup Oil 2 tbsn Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Asafoetida / Hing 1/4 tsp Few curry leaves Chopped tomato 1 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsn Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp Salt as per taste Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsn
Method :
Rinse butter beans well & soak using enough water for about 3 hours. Drain the water & add 2 cups water to butter beans. Pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium flame. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.Let it splutter. Add in cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves & tomato.Mix well & cook for about a minute. Add ginger garlic paste, saute 2 minutes on low flame till the raw smell goes. Add all the spice powders, mix well & saute few seconds. Add cooked butter beans, required water & Salt as per taste. Mix well. Cover the lid & cook 10 minutes on low flame. Finally garnish with the coriander leaves & serve hot.
