Method :
Rinse butter beans well & soak using enough water for about 3 hours. Drain the water & add 2 cups water to butter beans. Pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium flame. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.Let it splutter. Add in cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves & tomato.Mix well & cook for about a minute. Add ginger garlic paste, saute 2 minutes on low flame till the raw smell goes. Add all the spice powders, mix well & saute few seconds. Add cooked butter beans, required water & Salt as per taste. Mix well. Cover the lid & cook 10 minutes on low flame. Finally garnish with the coriander leaves & serve hot.

1. Cut the ends off green beans.
2. Melt your butter
3. Once butter is 1/2 melted, add salt, garlic powder & red pepper flakes. Cook until butter is all the way butter & bubbly
4. Then add green beans and cook until they become a bright green.
5. Then add grated garlic, cook for 1 minute and then turn off heat
