How To make Linguini with Limas and Mustard

6 plum tomatoes

seeded
1 1/2 c vegetable stock
2 c baby lima beans, frozen :

thawed
3 scallion

thinly sliced
3 tbsps grainy mustard
1 lb linguini :

cooked
Simmer limas, scallions and mustard in vegetable broth about 7 minutes while pasta is cooking. Add tomatoes and remove from heat. Toss cooked pasta in sauce.
