How To make Fresh Tagiatelle with Garlic, Rucola and Sundried Tomatoes
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic
thinly sliced
18 sundried tomato halves :
thinly sliced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 pound fresh Tagliatelle preferably homemade
2 bunches rucola, stemmed, washed & spun dry :
to yield 4C
In a 12-inch saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until light golden brown. Add sundried tomato pieces and wine and remove from heat. Drop tagliatelle into boiling water and cook until tender (about 1 minute). Drain pasta in colander and pour into pan with sundried tomatoes. Return to heat and toss in the rucola, stir gently for about 30 seconds until rucola is slightly wilted and serve immediately.

Spicy Garlic Prawn Pasta in 20 minutes | Quick & Easy
Easy homemade butter garlic prawn pasta recipe that will give you an experience of Italian restaurant tastes. Juicy king prawns and pasta cooked together perfect with a kick of chillies.

▢150 gram Spaghetti About 5.3 oz
▢200 gram Prawns About 7oz, King prawns, tiger prawns, or shrimp. Peeled and deveined.
▢3 clove Garlic Finely chopped
▢1 tsp Chilli flakes Dried crushed chillies, Adjust amount to taste
▢2 tbsp Butter Unsalted butter
▢1 tbsp Olive oil
▢2-3 tbsp Parsely Finely chopped
▢1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeeze lemon juice
▢1 tsp Salt Or salt to taste
▢½ tsp Black pepper Or add to your taste
▢1 cup Reserved pasta water Boiled pasta cooking water
To serve
▢3-4 tbsp Parmesan Or choice of hard cheese, finely grated
Instruction
Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions and reserve one cup of pasta water.
Saute the prawns with melted butter and season with salt and pepper and set them aside.
Sauté the garlic in butter follow with the chilli flakes.
Add the cooked spaghetti and add half cup of reserved pasta water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked prawns back in the pan and combine everything well.
Finish with olive oil, grated parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley.

Upgrade that store-bought ravioli to something you'd get at a restaurant with this rich and creamy tomato ravioli sauce with spinach and parmesan. You can get it on the table in 15 minutes, and best of all, you can make it all in one pan.

Ingredients:
▢1 tbsp olive oil
▢1 onion - finely diced
▢2 cloves garlic - peeled and minced
▢500 g (1.1lb) fresh ravioli - (use your favourite flavour)
▢1 red bell pepper - sliced
▢½ tsp Italian herbs
▢½ tsp chilli flakes (red pepper flakes)
▢½ tsp black pepper
▢a pinch salt
▢1 tbsp tomato puree (paste if you're in the US)
▢90 ml (⅓ cup) white wine
▢100 g (3 ½ oz) roasted cherry tomato halves - (you can buy these from the deli counter)
▢120 ml (½ cup) chicken stock
▢90 ml (⅓ cup) double (heavy) cream
▢90 g (3 packed cups) baby spinach
▢50 g (½ cup) parmesan - grated
▢1 tbsp fresh parsley - finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Add the 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large frying pan (or skillet) and heat over a medium heat, then add in the finely diced onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until the onion starts to soften.
2. Add in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds stirring continuously.
3. Now add in the ravioli and the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another minute, stirring a few times.
4. Add in the Italian herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper and a pinch of salt, give it a stir then add in the tomato puree and wine, stir again, and cook for another minute to reduce the wine down slightly.
5. Add in the roasted tomatoes, chicken stock and cream. Stir everything together and bring up to a simmer. Allow to simmer for 5-6 minutes, until the centre of the ravioli is piping hot (you can open one up to check this).
6. Add in the spinach and parmesan and cook for a minute to allow the cheese to melt and the spinach to wilt.
7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.

King prawn and sundried tomato tagliatelle
This delicious pasta is very easy to make- you are going to love it. Jamie Oliver inspired me with his spaghetti with rocket.
Ingredients
455 g dried spaghetti or tagliatelle
freshly ground black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic , peeled and finely chopped
1-2 red chillies ( fresh, frozen or dry)
400 g peeled raw prawns - I used frozen. Make sure they are defrosted properly
1 small wineglass white wine
2 heaped tablespoons sun-dried tomato puree , or 6 sun-dried tomatoes blitzed in a blender
1 lemon , juice and zest of
2 handfuls rocket , roughly chopped
Cook your spaghetti in a large pan of salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat 3 good lugs of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan and toss in the garlic and chilli.
As the garlic begins to colour, add the prawns and sauté them for a minute.
Add the white wine and the tomato purée and simmer for a couple of minutes.
When the pasta is ready, drain it in a colander, reserving a little of the cooking water.
Toss the spaghetti with the sauce, squeeze in the lemon juice, add half the chopped rocket, adding a little of the reserved cooking water if you want to loosen the sauce a bit, and correct the seasoning. Divide between 4 plates and sprinkle with the grated lemon zest and the rest of the rocket leaves.
