How To make Grilled Flatbread with Ricotta,Tomatoes,Roasted Garlic
1 recipe flat bread
1 8 ounce container of ricotta cheese
drained
3 plum tomatoes :
diced
2 tablespoons basil chiffonade
Shaved parmesan 1/2 cup olive oil
6 cloves roasted garlic
Place oil and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain. Set aside. Flatten dough, brush liberally with olive oil and through on the grill. Grill on one side until golden brown. Turn over and spread with ricotta, tomatoes and basil. Remove and top with shaved parmesan and drizzle with garlic oil.

⭐️ Bruschetta is a classic Italian appetizer everyone loves. Learn how to make it with crunchy bread and a tasty garlicky topping of fresh tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil.
⭐️ Ingredients
10 slices crusty bread or baguette cut into ½ inch or 1.2 cm thick slices.
1 pound tomatoes any variety as long as they are ripe
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic 1 for mixture, 1 for rubbing on bread
15 leaves fresh basil
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Metric:

What a simple thing this is and what a success it has had in Spain. We have this for breakfast, as an accompaniment for charcuteries, we serve it just to nibble on the table and we dress in the same way our sandwiches (in other countries people use butter). Remember garlic wants to be your friend, don’t forget to love him back.
