Raw Tomato and Green Bean Pasta - Everyday Food with Sarah Carey
Summer produce is reaching its peak, which means it's pretty perfect as is (no need for heavy cooking!). Today's pasta includes raw tomatoes, quickly blanched green beans, and a sprinkle of mint or dill. Since this recipe is great served warm or at room temperature, it's a perfect make-ahead dish for your next summer event.
Sarah's Tip of the Day:
Begin by boiling your pasta and tossing your green beans in during the last three minutes of cooking. Next, you'll combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl before adding to it your pasta and beans. Sprinkle with feta cheese and fresh mint or dill. This recipe really pops with fresh flavors that your family will always be happy to see on the table!

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
Salt and pepper
3/4 pound orecchiette
1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound beefsteak tomatoes, diced medium
1 small garlic clove, mashed to a paste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup fresh dill or mint
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta 3 minutes less than package instructions, then add beans and cook until just tender. Drain and return to pot.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, oil, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Add pasta, beans, and half the feta and herbs; toss to combine and season. Serve warm or at room temperature. Sprinkle with remaining feta and herbs.

EASY 6-INGREDIENT Bowtie Pasta Salad | SO Delicious!
This is the easiest, tastiest pasta salad you are ever going to make in your life! It's #BowtiePastaSalad with a little Italian flair and a whole lot of flavor!

The first ingredient you'll need to whip up this Italian pasta salad is #Farfalle pasta, also known as #bowtiepasta! If you can't find Farfalle, you could use rotini, penne, or really any small pasta with a shape made for trapping dressing in its nooks and crannies!
Cook the pasta according to package directions, and be sure to salt the water. Like, a lot!
Next on the list, black olives -- I used whole, pitted black olives drained out of a can, but you can use Kalamata olives if preferred!
Grape tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes) work great in this recipe because they tend to hold up better than your standard tomato once cut into. This basically prolongs the shelf-life of your dish, meaning you can munch on it longer! Yes, please!
You can use any #Italiandressing you like, but go-to is Olive Garden's Creamy Italian Dressing. It has a sharp vinegary flavor to it and it's heavy on the Parmesan, which adds a great deal of flavor without you having to put in a lot of extra prep work. As the title states, this is the easiest pasta salad ever and it's partially thanks to this store-bought short-cut!
Cubed mozzarella cheese is another key ingredient, and you'll find it is shockingly delicious once it has had time to marinate in the dressing! Lastly, a little bit of chopped, fresh basil will add a fresh note to the dish, as well as some beautiful color. Be sure to save some for garnishing at the end to make it extra special!
To make the #pastasalad, all you have to do is combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl, give it a little time to marinate, and it's ready to eat! Serve and enjoy!
