Easy Cherry Dessert Recipe / Prepare it in 5 Minutes / Delicious Cherry Clafoutis
This delicious and easiest cherry clafoutis is perfect for summer dinner party dessert! It's simplest French dessert I ever made.
6-inch (15cm) Cherry Clafoutis (French Cherry Pie)
Ingredients
200g fresh cherries
2 eggs
2Tbsp (30 g) sugar
3/4cup (180ml) whole milk
1/3cup (45g) all-purpose flour
a little bit of butter
a pinch of powdered sugar
Optional:
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
(350F/180C) Bake 40-45minutes
Notes:
* I like to serve this cherry clafoutis warm as a dessert for the best taste.
* Since fresh cherries are naturally sweet, I reduced amount of sugar in this recipe. If you like a sweeter flavor, you may add more sugar along with other ingredients.

Camp Oven PECAN TASSIES (aka Pecan Pie Cookies)
I got the idea for this from:
This is the original recipe, I have put the Camp Oven suggestions on the actual slide show, dont forget if you need to you can pause anywhere during the show.
Quote:
This time it is cookies that are in fact tiny pecan pies! I adore them, with their little nubbly tops and their gooey centers. These are lovely for dessert with a cup of coffee, make a lovely gift wrapped in a pretty bag, or are perfect for a dressed up gathering drizzled in a little dark chocolate. They also freeze very well making them a great make-ahead cookie.
Pecan Tassies Yield 30
For the dough:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup salted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
For the filling:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 sugar
1/3 cup golden syrup, or corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg
Heat the oven to 350 F
In the bowl of a food processor combine the flour, butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, cream cheese, and cinnamon. Pulse until the mixture forms a shaggy dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and form into a ball.
In a medium bowl combine the butter, sugar, golden syrup, vanilla, flour, and egg until well mixed.
Divide the dough into 30 even pieces. Press the dough into the cups of a mini-muffin tin using your fingers, or a dough tamper. Divide the pecans amongst the cups and then top with the filling until it nearly reaches the top of the cup, about two teaspoons.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until puffed all over and golden brown. Allow to cool in the pan for ten minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

As The Sleigh Bell Tolls - The Thrift Store Rundown's Christmas Eve 2020 Special
Well, well, well... we've made it. At long last, the beginning of the end. As 2020's reign of terror comes to a close and the healing process begins, we start to appreciate all the little things that make the holidays festive no matter how, where or when you celebrate them. The ubiquitous TV specials, the tasty treats, sweet and savory and of course, spending time with family and friends, even when apart.
All of that is covered in this first long-form Xmas eve special on the channel. Beforehand, I used to treat the day before the most treasured of all holidays as just another day in terms of the content I posted on that particular day. But since 2020's double whammy of nonsense begins to loosen up on its firm grip, I thought that double the amount of holiday cheer was more than appropriate. This 22 year old is not letting Xmas go down without a proper welcome.
