How To make Fish In Fiery Lemon Coriander Sauce
5 Green New Mexican chiles,
-roasted, peeled, stems and Seeds, removed, chopped 1 ts Garlic, minced
1/4 c Lemon juice
4 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 ts Ground coriander seeds
1 1/2 lb Firm white fish such as
-halibut 4 tb Ghee or vegetable oil
Lemon slices for garnish Mix the chiles, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, and coriander and use to marinate the fish overnight in a glass or ceramic dish. Remove the fish and combine the marinade with the melted ghee. Grill or broil the fish, basting with the marinade mixture. Garnish with lemon slices and serve with the butter on the side. RECIPE BELOW: This is a healthy, quick and easy soup with a wonderful combination of tender velvety fish fillets and the herbaceous flavor of cilantro. ENJOY!
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
• 1/2# rock cod fish fillet, sliced 1/2' thick-any type white fish
• 1 bunch cilantro leaves with some stem, rough cut
• 6 C Chicken/Pork Stock (can use vegetable or fish stock)
• 1/2 Tsp White pepper
• Sesame oil to taste
• 1/2 Tsp seasoning salt-Watch video-S1Ep76-
Fish marinade:
• 1 Tsp seasoning salt-Watch video-S1Ep76-
• 1/2 Tsp white pepper
• 1 Tsp sesame oil
Cornstarch velveting mixture-combine ingredients to make a wet paste
• 1 egg white, beaten
• 1 Tsp Shaoxing wine
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
**Always wash & rinse vegetables before using

THE LEGENDARY CHILI GARLIC SAUCE UNLOCKING THE SECRET
Hello guys! Welcome back to my channel. Today I'll show you how to make a chili garlic sauce. This recipe will make your garlic crispy, fiery hot, and flavorful. It will make you eat more.
Chili Garlic Sauce
Cook time: 15 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes
RECIPE:
100g Red Chili
1cup Dry Chili
3bulb Garlic
2tsp Salt
2tsp Brown Sugar
2TBSP Soy Sauce
2 1/2cup Olive Oil
*Fry garlic until it changes color to yellow, and then add your fresh chili.
*Cook it for 10 minutes in a low heat.
*Add dry chili and brown sugar continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
*Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce.
*Let it cool down before putting it inside the container.
TIPS:
*When chopping the chili you should wear a plastic gloves, so that the heat won't transfer to your hands.
*Fry garlic until it changes the color to yellow, not brown. Brown color of the garlic gives you bitter taste.

It is easy enough to make at home, minus the flair of a tablebound metal steamer. This recipe is best suited for some fresh barramundi fish; its soft, tender flesh complements the fiery lime broth that you’re going to want to heap onto your rice ???? ????
