How To make Feta & Ricotta Cheese Fondue
3 tb Butter or margarine
4 oz Feta cheese 1/2" cubes
1/8 ts Pepper, black
1 Lemon, juice of
1 tb Parsley, minced (optional)
1 c Ricotta cheese
This will taste very Greek to you. Be sure to drain the spinach well. Contributed to the echo by: Jean Hores Originally from: QUICK, THRIFTY COOKING Feta and Ricotta Cheese Fondue Melt the butter in a heavy 8-inch skillet or a 1 quart saucepan over low-heat. Add the feta and ricotta cheese, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, and mashing the cheeses slightly, until they soften and begin to bubble - about 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, and garnish with the parsley if desired. Serve at once; as the fondue cools, it loses flavor. VARIATIONS: Substitute Fontina cheese for the Feta Cheese or you can substitute cottage cheese for the ricotta. You can make both of these substitutions. Servings: 4

J'ai adoré la texture de la feta qui change complètement après la cuisson au four (de la feta ferme on passe à une texture crémeuse..canon pour lier la sauce)
300 g tomates cerises, ail, basilic, huile d’olive sel et poivre avec la feta au milieu
Cuisson : 30 minutes à 200°C
Ensuite ajouter les pâtes cuites al dente et mélanger :)

Chipotle Cheese Spread ! High protein & super healthy. 1 spoon of 20 g is about 4.5 protein
The reason why I love to make this at home is because I exactly know what all has gone into it. It tastes light , cheesy & is perfect for a cheese lover like me who wants to be healthy.
You need only 10 to 15 mins to make this !
1 litre Milk
2 to 3 tbsp Lime Juice + 2 tbsp water or you can use vinegar too
2 tsp Salt (this add to the flavour & will eventually be drained out)
This will give about 180 to 200 g Chenna (Don’t over squeeze & make like Paneer)
150 g Hung curd (300 g curd which is hung)
1 cheese cube
A little more salt
3 Kashmiri Red Chillies, soaked
2 to 3 tbsp Chopped Olives
2 to 3 tbsp Chopped Jalapenos
2 to 3 tbsp Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/2 tsp crushed oregano
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp Crispy Garlic
A little black pepper

- Just make sure the curd is hung well & so is the chenna. We don’t it to be super liquidy
- Store in an Air Tight Container in the fridge
- Salt here will act as a preservative & this will give you about 350 g Cheese spread
