How To make Favorite Blueberry Pancakes
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
sifted
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg :
beaten
1 cup milk*
2 tablespoons salad oil
3/4 cup fresh or thawed blueberries --
drained
Stir together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Bake on hot griddle. When undersides on pancakes are nicely browned, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of drained blueberries over each cake. Turn, brown other side. Makes about 12 dollar-size, or eight 4-inch size pancakes.

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
Butter, For Greasing The Pan
Directions:
1. In a large Bowl, Sift Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking soda and Salt.
In a separate Bowl, Whisk Milk, Oil and Eggs.
2. Combine & Mix The Wet Egg & Milk Mixture To The Dry Mixture. Mix Until No More
Visible Bubbles
3. Preheat Pan to Medium-High Heat And Lightly Grease The Pan With Butter.
4. Cook The Pancakes For 3-4 Minutes, Until Bubbles begin to appear.
Flip the pancakes and cook another 2-3 minutes before removing to a place.
5. Serve The Pancakes With Maple Syrup And Whipped Cream.
