• Onion – 1 cup, sliced

• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• Sugar- ¼ tsp
Egg mixture:
• Egg – 6 no.
• Salt – ¾ tsp
• Chilly powder – ½ tsp
• Green chilly – 2, chopped
Dough preparation:
• Wheat flour – 2 cup
• Salt – ½ tsp
• Water as required
• Oil – 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
• Oil or ghee for roasting chapatti
• Mayonnaise
• Tomato ketchup
• Chaat masala
• Cheese

A super easy, creamy and soft-boiled egg sandwich in Japanese style!
JAPANESE STYLE EGG SANDWICH
Ingredients
8-12 eggs
2/3 cup Japanese mayonnaise
8 white bread slices
3 tsps castor sugar
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Butter for applying
2 inch chives for garnish
Method
1. Heat sufficient water in a deep pan. Gently slide in the eggs and bring the water to a boil. Once the water has come to a boil, cook the eggs for 8 minutes.
2. Drain the eggs into ice cold water and set aside for a few minutes. Drain them and peel the eggs. Roughly chop the eggs and transfer in a large bowl.
3. Mash the eggs with the help of a fork and add Japanese mayonnaise along with castor sugar, black pepper powder, and salt and mix till well combined.
4. Apply butter generously on one side of each bread slice. Spread a portion of the eggs mixture on 4 slices of bread. Cover them with the remaining slices of bread with the butter side facing down.
5. Place the sandwiches on a plate, place another plate on it and press it lightly. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
6. Trim the edges of the sandwiches. Vertically cut them in half and arrange on a serving plate. Garnish with chives and serve.

4 grandes cuillères de mayonnaise préparée - 1 gousse d'aille émincée - 1 càs de persil - 1 càc de jus de citron - un peu d'oignon vert finement haché
*****Sauce2 : SAUCE ÉPICÉE PIQUANTE
3 grandes cuillères de mayonnaise préparée - 2 càs de ketchup - 1 càc de sauce piquante - 1 càc de jus de citron - 1 càs de persil - 1 càs d'oignon vert finement haché - 1/2 càc d'ail en poudre (ou ail frais) - 1/2 càc de poivre
*****Sauce3 ; TREMPETTE SUCRÉE CAROTTE ET CONCOMBRE
3 grandes cuillères de mayonnaise préparée - 2 càs de yogourt nature - 2 càs de carotte râpée fine - 2 càs de concombre râpé et bien égoutté - 1 càc de jus de citron - 1 à 2 càc de sucre (selon le goût)
*****Sauce4 : MOUTARDE MIEL
4 grandes cuillères de mayonnaise préparée - 2 càs de moutarde - 2 càs de miel - 1 càc de jus de citron - 1/4 càc d'ail en poudre
