How To make Easy Creamy Fudge
2 c Miniature marshmallows
-(optional) 14 oz Can condensed milk
1 ds Salt
12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 oz Milk chocolate chips or
-semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c To 1 c nuts
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
In 2 qt. glass measure, combine marshmallows, milk, and salt. Microcook on HIGH 3-4 minutes. Stir until marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth. Add chips and stir until melted. (If you don't use marshmallows, melt chocolate chips in the condensed milk. Add salt.) Stir in nuts and vanilla. Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with wax paper. Spread fudge evenly in pan. Chill 2 hours, until firm. Turn on to cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Serves 32

400g Condensed Milk
150g Milk
330g Demerara Sugar
120g Light Brown Sugar
120g Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Fool-Proof Homemade Fudge takes just 5 minutes to make and only requires a handful of ingredients for perfectly smooth and creamy fudge every time.

✅Ingredients
• 1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
✅Instructions
1️⃣ Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
3️⃣ Microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring in between.
4️⃣ Pour into the prepared pan and spread out with a rubber spatula.
5️⃣ Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into small pieces for serving. Store in the fridge.

???? Nut Fudges????: stir in 1/2 cup roughly chopped nuts (pecan, walnut, or almond). Consider replacing all or part of the vanilla extract with the corresponding nut extract.
???????? White Chocolate Fudge????????: replace semi-sweet chocolate chips with white chocolate chips.
???? Marbled Fudge????: make half of the recipe with white chocolate chips and the other half with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Spoon each into prepared pan to dot the bottom then use a butter knife or toothpick to swirl together.
???? Mint Chocolate Fudge????: replace vanilla extract with 1 teaspoon peppermint extract.
