2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 c Onion; Chopped, 1 Lg
16 oz Tomatoes; 1 Cn
1 1/4 c Apple; Cored, Chopped
1 x Curry Powder; 1 to 1 1/2 Tb
2 tb Coconut; Optional
2 tb Raisins
1 tb Chutney; Chopped
2 ts Beef Bouillon; Instant
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Rice; Regular, Uncooked
2 1/2 c Water
GARNISH:
1 x Peanuts; Chopped
Cook and stir the meat and onion in a Dutch oven until the meat is brown. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the UNDRAINED tomatoes and the remaining ingredients except the peanuts, breaking up the tomatoes when you add them. TO COOK THE DUTCH OVEN: Heat the mixture to boiling then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender, about 30 to 45 minutes. (A small amount of water can be added if necessary.) Garnish with the chopped peanuts just before serving. TO COOK IN THE OVEN: Turn the mixture into an ungreased 3-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F., stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender, about 45
to 55 minutes. Garnish with the chopped peanuts just before serving.

Mutton Kuruma in Different Taste
Ingredients:
Mutton 500 Grams
Marinate::
Salt as Required
Turmeric 1/4 TSP
Coriander Powder 1 TSP
Chilli Powder 1 TSP
Ginger Garlic Paste
Curd 1/4 Cup
Keep for an Hour
Gingerly Oil 2 Spoons
Onion 2
Curry Leaves
Salt & Oil
Saute well and add Marinated Mutton and 1/4 cup of water.
Pressure Cook with 3 Whistles and Keep on Low Flame for 25 Minutes.
For MASALA
Coconut 1/2 Cup
Green Chilies 4
Cardamom 1
Cinnamon
Cloves 4
Khaskhas 1 Small Spoon
Cashews 10
Add a Little Water and Grind into a Smooth Paste.
Add the Paste to Cooked Mutton
Adjust Salt and water.
Garnish with Coriander Leaves

CARROT DELIGHT RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Milk 1 liter
Grated carrots 2 cups
China grass powder 1 tsp
Milk powder ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Evaporated milk ½ cup
Condensed milk ½ tin
METHOD :
Bring the milk and carrot to a boil in a pan on medium heat, boil it for 10-15 mins. Place the china grass, milk powder, custard powder, water, and evaporated milk together in a bowl and whisk until well combined, then add to the milk, continue to boil for 5 mins stirring, remove from heat, stir in condensed milk to sweeten, then pour into a bowl and refrigerate, then decorate with cream and nuts.
GOANESE FISH CURRY MASALA RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Freshly grated coconut 1 cup
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1-inch piece
Kashmiri red chilies soaked and ground 4
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black peppercorns 8-10
Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
Chopped onion ½ cup
Turmeric ½ tsp
Boneless fish cubes ½ kg
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves 20
METHOD :
Grind together all the above masala from fresh coconut till chopped onion into a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, fry, add the grounded masala, fry with ¼ cup water, add 2 tbsp coconut milk powder and water, cook on low flame, add fish cubes, cook till fish did for 10 mins, add chopped coriander leaves and crushed curry patta, serve with boiled rice.
