To Make Chutney Sandwich:
Bread Slices
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Grated Coconut
Green Chilli - 1 No. Chopped
Tomato Slice
Cucumber Slice
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Water
Unsalted Butter
To Make Bread Butter Jam

To Make Bread Butter Sugar Sandwich:

Method:
For the Hung Curd Sandwich
1. Take hung curd in a bowl.
2. To this, add salt, pepper and coriander leaves.
3. Mix everything well and keep aside.
4. Cut the edges of sandwich bread and again cut the clean bread into half, vertically.
5. Now take one half of the bread, spread the hung curd mixture on it and place cucumber slices on the top.
6. Place another half of bread on this and apply hung curd mixture on the top.
7. Again place the cucumber slices on the hung curd and on it, place a half bread piece only after applying hung curd. (Hung curd side of the bread on the cucumber)
8. That's it, simple and awesome Hung Curd Sandwich is ready to be served.
For the Veg Mayo Sandwich
1. To a bowl, add red capsicum, green capsicum, carrot, spring onions, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Now take a half portion of bread slice and apply some veg mayo filling on it.
4. Place another half of bread on the top and apply filling on it too.
5. For the final layer, place another half portion of bread.
6. Yummy Veg Mayo Sandwich is ready to be served.
For the Veg Chutney Sandwich
1. To a mixer jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chilies, salt and lemon juice.
2. Add some water and grind these into a nice thick chutney. Remove from the jar and keep aside.
3. To the bread slice and apply unsalted butter on it.
4. On it, apply some mint chutney and spread it evenly. Then place tomato slices on the top.
5. Over the tomatoes, place the cucumber slices.
6. Spread some butter on another bread slice and place it on the cucumber.
7. On the top most later of bread, again apply butter, mint chutney, place tomato and cucumber slices. Cover it with a slice applied with butter.
8. Spicy and juicy Veg Chutney Sandwich is ready to be served.
For the Bread Butter Jam Sandwich
1. Apply some butter on the bread and then apply any jam of your choice evenly.
2. Place the bread slice with butter on it and apply some butter on the top.
3. Spread the jam on it evenly and close it with a slice applied with butter.
4. Tasty Bread Butter Jam Sandwich is ready to be served.
For the Bread Butter Sugar Sandwich
1. Apply some butter on the bread and then sprinkle sugar evenly.
2. Place the bread slice with butter on it and sprinkle some sugar on the top.
3. Close it with a slice applied with butter.
4. Tasty Bread Butter Sugar Sandwich is ready to be served.

Cream Cheese Cucumber Sandwich
Servings - 8
INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1 litre
Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Water - 800 milliliters
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Milk - 100 milliliters
Cucumber - 350 grams
Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 10 grams
Green chili - 2
Onions - 35 grams
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Water - 60 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon White bread slices - 16
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate - 2 teaspoons
PREPARATION
1. Take a heavy skillet, add 1 litre water and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and stir continuously until the milk starts to curdle.
3. Remove it from heat and strain it.
4. Add 800 milliliters water and wash it well.
5. Now squeeze it tightly so whole the water comes out. Rest for 20 - 30 minutes.
6. In a blender, add prepared paneer, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 100 milliliters water and blend it well.
7. On a board, place 350 grams cucumber and peal it. (See video)
8. In a blender, add 2 tablespoons mint leaves, 10 grams coriander, 2 green chili, 35 grams onions, 1 teaspoons dry mango powder, 60 milliliters water and blend it well.
9. Transfer, this into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons prepared cheesy cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt and whisk it well.
10. On a board place white bread slice, add some prepared cheese cream and spread it evenly.
11. Add some prepared chutney and spread it evenly.
12. Place cucumber on it cover it with another bread slice.
13. Add some prepared cheese cream and spread it evenly.
14. Place prepared cucumber ribbon on it and cut the edges.
15. Now, cut it into pieces.
16. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate.
17. Serve.

CUCUMBER SANDWICH RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1/2 English cucumber peeled, seedless
2 oz. of Cream Cheese, softened
1 oz. of sweet butter, softened
12 or so mint leaves de-stemmed, minced
Method:
1. Mix cream cheese, butter and mint together until soft and can be spread easily
2. Cut cucumbers in ¼ inch planks as demonstrated
3. Spread mixture on both slices of bread covering the entire slice
4. Lay cucumbers on one slice not overlapping
5. Lay top slice on and press down, trim off crust and cut sandwich into one diagonal slice
6. Present cut sandwich on plate
