~This crustless tuna quiche recipe is healthy, so easy to make and the perfect meal prep idea for breakfast or lunch. This quick and easy canned tuna recipe is gluten free and also easily made low carb and dairy-free. Perfect easy savory breakfast idea.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
½ zucchini
½ carrot
½ onion
1 cup of canned tuna
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp dill
3 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp oats
salt
½ tsp pepper
Recipe : Crustless quiche gluten-free
CRUSTLESS QUICHE GLUTEN-FREE
Prep time : 20 min
Cook time : 45 to 50 min
Servings : 6-8
Ingredients :
1 leek
1/3 cup of gluten-free pastry flour
1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
3 eggs
2 cups of milk (semi-skimmed or skimmed)
1.5 oz of creamy goat cheese
6 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt & pepper (to your liking)
Instructions :
1) Prepare, wash & slice the leek. Put some olive oil in a pan, add the sliced leek, salt & pepper. Cover & cook at low heat for 10 min, stirring from times to times.
2) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
3) In a bowl, put the flours and add the beaten eggs & the milk, salt & pepper. Then, mix it all with a mixer.
4) Pour the preparation in a round pan covered with baking paper. Add the goat cheese cut in little pieces & the sliced leek. Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2 & place them on the preparation (bulging side upwards to make it prettier).
5) Put in the oven for 35 to 40 min.
You can also use only one type of flour if you don't have both, you just have to put ½ + 1/3 cup of the same flour !
This recipe is easy & quick to do, we can change the ingredients depending on what we have in the fridge & pantry, for example put ham, tuna, other cheeses, peas, zucchinis... depending on one's fancy :)
This quiche is delicious with some salad.
Practical, we can reheat it & keep it for several days, perfect for the weekly meals.
It's yummy, it warms us up & it's gluten-free,of course !
