INGREDIENTS:
* Peanut(मूंगफली) - 2-2.5 Bowl
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Bowl
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Citric Acid(साइट्रिक एसिड) - 1/2 Tsp
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Tandoori Color(तंदूरी रंग) - Optional
* Water(पानी) - 1 Bowl/Cup
* Oil(तेल) - For frying
For Masala:
* Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 25-30 Pieces
* Cloves(लौंग) - 10-12 Pieces
* Cinnamon Stick(दालचीनी) - 1 Piece
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Some
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
* Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Rock Salt(सेंधा नमक) - Some
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
RECIPE:
For Masala, in a mixer jar, put some Black Peppers, Cloves, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Stick, Black Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Rock Salt, Chat Masala, and Coriander Powder in it. Grind the spices and take them out in a bowl.
In a bowl, take some Gram Flour, Salt, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Tandoori Colour. Mix them well and make a semi-thick batter by using Water. Then put Peanuts in it & mix it. Fry them in the medium heated Oil on a medium flame for 7-8 minutes. Then take them out on a plate and put Masala on it and mix it well and keep them cool down. Then keep them in an air-tight jar. In this way, Haldiram's Special Tasty Namkeen will get ready at home easily.
Tip:
You can skip or add any ingredient accordingly.

No-Bake Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Here is what you'll need!
NO-BAKE CRISPY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Servings: 40-50
INGREDIENTS
½ cup salted butter, softened
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
3 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups chocolate chunks (preferably dark), for coating
PREPARATION
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute.
Using a fork, stir together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Microwave additional 20 seconds, as needed.
Add the powdered sugar and rice cereal to the bowl. Gently mix together until fully incorporated.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into approximately 40 1-inch balls. Place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chunks. Microwave for 60-75 seconds, stopping to check and stir every 30 seconds.
Drop the frozen balls in the melted chocolate one at a time, use a fork to roll around to ensure an even coating. Place back on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
Garnish with additional rice cereal while the chocolate is still warm. Chill until the chocolate has set.
