180 g maida
80 g butter (cold)
2 tbsp Cold water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oregano / parsley
1 tbsp Chilli flakes
Bake in a pre heated 160 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown. Let it cool down and store in an airtight container.

Cheese crackers are created at home with only 4 ingredients. These crunchy crackers are easy, portable snacks that have an incredible cheesy flavor.
Ingredients to make Cheese Crackers
All Purpose Flour - 70 gms
Cheese - 70 gms
Butter - 70 gms
Egg Yolk - 1
Method to make cheese crackers
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse it 3 to 4 times.
2. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough a roll it into thin sheets.
4. Cut it into the desired shapes
5. Bake it at 190 degree celcius pre heated oven for 12 minutes.
