How To make Crockpot Hamburger Soup
Ingredients
1 1/2
pound
lean ground beef
1
each
onion, chopped
1
cup
carrots, sliced
1
cup
celery, sliced
1
cup
cabbage, sliced
6
oz
tomato paste
2
teaspoon
worcestershire sauce
3
cup
beef bouillon, or stock
Directions:
In skillet, brown hamburger and drain thoroughly. Add onion, carrots, celery and cabbage. Combine tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and beef stock/bouillon. Add to crock pot, with hamburger and stir to blend. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or high setting for 3 to 4 hours.
NOTE: This is an updated version of an old chuckwagon recipe. They would use finely diced beef and the vegetables and let them cook all day at roundup time.

EASY Slow Cooker Beef Soup Recipe
In this easy cooking video, I make some beef soup in my crock pot, or slow cooker. The ingredients to my easy crockpot beef soup recipe are a 2 lb beef chuck roast, 1 1/2 lbs of baby potatoes, 1 lb of baby carrots, 3 stalks of celery, 1 onion, 4 cups of water, and 2 beef bouillon cubes. For seasoning I used salt, Johnny's Seasoned Pepper, and a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. The cooking time is 5 1/2 hours on high or about 8 hours on low.

How to Make Hamburger Soup - Easy One Pot Soup
INGREDIENTS:
1 - 1/2 pds ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup diced potatoes
1 - 28 ounce can chopped/diced/crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato paste
4 cups beef broth
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
pinch cayenne - optional
salt and black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
In a soup pan on med high add some olive oil and
ground beef. Cook and chop until no longer pink.
Drain off excess fat.
Add onions, celery, minced garlic and salt and
black pepper. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and juice, carrots, bell
pepper, tomato paste and broth.
Stir well to combine and then add parsley,
oregano and cayenne.
Stir and bring up to a simmer, cover and cook for
15 minutes.
Add diced potatoes and check for seasonings.
Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the
potatoes are fork tender.
Serving tonite with a dinner roll.
Enjoy.

Crock Pot Hamburger Veggie Soup - So simple and has V8 Juice!
Love how many veggies are in this crock pot hamburger veggie soup! One of my new favorite soups and so easy to make! Dump everything into the crock pot and dinner will ready before you know it!!
1 bottle (46 oz) V8 juice
2 packages (16 oz each) frozen mixed veggies
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, brown ground beef and drain fat. Place all ingredients into crock
pot. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until heated through.
Add additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve and enjoy!
