1/4 c AM Amaranth Flour
1/4 c AM Millet Flour
1/4 c Yellow Corn Flour
1 pn Salt
1/4 c Sesame Tahini
-OR- ground seeds 3 c Water
Mix flours, salt, and tahini together. Add water and stir. Simmer over low heat until thick and creamy, stirring constantly with a wire whisk to prevent lumping or burning. Healthy Snack | High Protein Cereal Bars
In a mixing bowl, combine:
39g cereal
1 scoop of protein powder
Shake up and spread protein powder around.
In a separate bowl:
Add 60g of sugar free syrup
32g of peanut butter
Microwave for 45 seconds on high
Stir together
Add to mixing bowl with cereal & protein powder.
Spoon into mini bread loaf pan.
Press down with spoon so it looks like one big bar.
Let sit in refrigerator for 30-45 min.
For best results, leave in fridge overnight.

KETO CHOCOLATE GRANOLA
Serves: 6
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener
2 tablespoons brown sugar free sweetener
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 egg whites
1️⃣ To a large bowl, add macadamia nuts, chopped pecans, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Stir together with sweeteners and cocoa powder. Set aside.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add beaten egg whites to the nut and seed mixture and mix until combined.
3️⃣ Evenly spread granola mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool completely at room temperature until the granola hardens. Break into bite sized pieces. Store in an air tight container.
