4 4 ounce boneless pork chops 1 8-ounce bottle reduced-calorie French dressing 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 16-ounce can whole cranberry sauce In large nonstick skillet, brown pork chops on one side over medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients to mix well. Turn chops; pour cranberry mixture over chops in skillet, bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until chops are just done and still tender. Serve with rice or noodles, if desired. I found this recipe in the Weight Watchers 5 Ingredients 15 Minute Meals Magazine 4 (4oz) boneless center-cut loin pork chops 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons minced shallots 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon dry sherry 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh orange rind (I also put the juice of my orange in the sauce) 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (I used dried)
1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork to pan; cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan; set aside, and keep warm 2. Reduce heat to medium. Add shallots to pan; sauté 1 minute. Add cranberry sauce and next 4 ingredients to pan, stirring until cranberry sauce melts 3. Return pork to pan; cover and cook 2 minutes or until pork is done and sauce is slightly thick. Sprinkle with parsley.
