20 Large Mushrooms
Italian dressing 8 oz Crabmeat, well picked
3/4 c Fresh breadcrumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Onion, minced
1 ts Lemon juice
Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing; drain. Combine crabmeat, a half-cup of breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice. Fill mushrooms. Top with remaining breadcrumbs; bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Yields 20 appetizers or 4 main course servings.

Easy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - The Best New Year's Eve Party Appetizer!
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms start with a cheesy crab dip filling then are baked until bubbling and golden. So easy and party perfect! Great for Christmas, New Year's or tailgating.
-----------------------------------------FULL RECIPE BELOW---------------------------------------------
Ingredients
▢8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
▢1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
▢3 tbsp sour cream
▢3 tbsp mayonnaise
▢1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
▢1 tbsp lemon juice
▢2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
▢8 ounces jumbo lump crab meat
▢36 white mushrooms, stems and gills removed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add the crab meat to the bowl and fold together using a rubber spatula.
Fill the mushroom caps with the crab mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
Bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes or until just beginning to turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
