1 pk Frozen won-ton skins
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cn Or small package frozen
-crabmeat, or fresh! Sour cream White garlic powder -to taste Add a dollop of sour cream to cheese and cream until mayonnaise consistency. Stir in drained crabmeat, add garlic powder. Place a round teaspoonful on won-ton skin and wrap like an egg roll. Seal edge with beaten egg white. Deep fry until golden, and serve hot!

Crab Rangoon are absolutely delightful, and thanks to our easy recipe, you can make them at home. They are crispy fried wontons filled with crab meat and cream cheese. I love how well the light and crunchy wonton shells complement the creamy crab filling. ⬇️ Ingredients Below ⬇️
CRAB RANGOON
• 8 ounces fresh or pasteurized crab meat, see tips below
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons finely diced red bell pepper
• 1 small clove garlic, grated on a microplane or finely minced
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
• 26 wonton wrappers
• Peanut oil or vegetable oil, for frying
SWEET AND SOUR DIPPING SAUCE
• 2 tablespoons Sambal Oelek chili paste (we use Huy Fong)
• 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Crab Rangoon
– A creamy imitation crab and cream cheese filling in a crispy wonton is a perfect party appetizer ! They are easy, fun to make and always the most hit!
Ingredients:
- Wonton wrapper : 1 pack
- Imitation crab : 8 oz
- Cream cheese : 8 oz
- Salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper : 1 teaspoon
- Oil : enough for deep fry
Instructions :
- Cut imitation crab meat into thin slices and place into a bowl, add cream cheese, salt and pepper then mix well together.
- Place filling in the center of the wonton wrapper, fold up 2 opposite corners to meet in the center, press to seal. Fold up 2 corners from both sides to meet in the center, try to keep the edges lined up evenly. Make sure to seal all the edges carefully.
- Heat enough amount of oil in a pan to 350F . Fry the Rangoon several pieces at a time until golden and crispy.
These Rangoons are just great on their own but you can have them with any dipping sauces that you like. To me, I love them with sweet chili sauce. A mixture of siriacha and honey.

Baked Crab Rangoon Recipe: How To Make Crab Rangoons
Crab Rangoon that you can make at home? And, it's baked, not fried? Yum! Michele McAdoo for the Kraft Kitchens shows you the easy way to make this popular appetizer in the comfort of your own kitchen. Just be ready for guests to drop by more often. This Baked Crab Rangoon recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
1 can (6 oz.) white crab meat, drained, flaked
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
12 won ton wrappers
Prep Time: 20 min
Total Time: 40 min
Serving: 12 servings
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Place 1 won ton wrapper in each of 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrappers over sides of cups. Fill with crab mixture.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.
Tips
- Look for won ton wrappers in the refrigerated produce section of your grocery store.
- For a crispier Crab Rangoon bake won ton wrappers in muffin cups at 350°F for 5 to 7 min. or until lightly browned. Fill with crab meat mixture and bake 6 to 8 min. or until filling is heated through.

8 oz Imitation Crab (cut into 3rds)
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
3 finely sliced Scallions
2 tsp minced Garlic
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp White Pepper (black pepper works too)
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
30-40 Wonton Wrappers
Mix all of the following ingredients until well combined. In the center of a wonton wrapper place about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture. Wet edges with water fold in half and bring in the 2 corners to the center and close up each side. Make sure all sides are sealed.
Fry on medium high till golden crispy, serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
