Bahan-bahan :

240g mentega / marjerin
100g gula aising (4/5 cwn)
200g tepung gandum ( Sy guna jenama rose,telah diayak)
50g tepung jagung (telah diayak)
40g / 1 cwn cornflakes
2 cwn cornflakes untuk salut
1 sk esen vanilla

Dapat 80 biji biskut (bergantung kepada saiz, kalau buat kecil2 lagi banyak dapat)

* Boleh hias dengan ceri merah, mcm biskut cornflakes rangup dulu2

* Jika adunan memang lembik,tak perlu tambah tepung, simpan 15 minit dalam peti sejuk cukup

*Adunan akan mengembang masa bakar,jadi jangan sudukan / paip adunan besar-besar sangat n jarak2kan

*Nak sedap lagi gune honey cornflakes

*Nak elakkan cornflakes lemau,jangan masuk banyak2 dlm mangkuk mase sudukan/paipkan adunan.buh sikit2 dulu

1 tsp vanilla essence

The baking time depends on how big the cornflake cookies are and it also varies from oven to oven. So please adjust the baking time according to your oven type.

NOTE:

1 Cup = 250 ml
1/2 cup = 125 ml
1/4 cup = 60 ml
