Important notes: Depending on your cut of meat the time this takes to cook can vary widely. I didn't trim the fat off the bottom of this video and this took me a full 12, IF IT IS NOT FALLING APART EASILY it is not done. It shouldn't take any work this will fall apart from the acid and low and slow very easily, a spoon should be able to tear it if you need a utensil at all.

This video shows how to make gluten free slow cooked beef, and it should be easy enough of a recipe to be suitable to beginners to make in their crockpot, my biggest concern about this for a beginner making it is the timing, I say 3-6 on high and 8-10 on slow but this has taken me as long as 12 hours before so don't feel like you're doing something wrong the fat contents can vary this drastically, just check when you can and if it goes over, it goes over. It'll still fall apart and be a great component to meals. I typically go on the safer side with my low cook times because I reheat this for lunches and meals the rest of my busy week, do what is best and works for you - you got this :)
