4 Chicken breasts 1/4 c Soy sauce 1/4 c Teriyaki sauce 1 Tbonion powder 1 ts Garlic powder Dash black pepper Dash cinnamon teriyaki and soy sauce. Let cook down slightly. Tomato Cinnamon Chicken is an unique, flavorful chicken recipe. It has a distinct flavor. Tomato and cinnamon are the main ingredients in this dish. Here chicken is marinated with tomato puree, cinnamon powder, ginger n garlic paste, kashmiri red chili powder, oil and salt. Then leave the chicken for 6-7 hrs in d refrigerator. Here are the ingredients which i have used to make this most flavorful, tasty chicken recipe.
Ingredients:
500 gm chicken with bone 10-11 tbsp tomato puree 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder Chopped onion ( 2 big size ) 2 tbsp ginger n garlic paste 5 tbsp cooking oil 3 cinnamon sticks ( 3 inch size approx ) 1 tbsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp kasuri meethi 2-3 tsp salt

Carol A's Cinnamon Chicken
Thanks to Carol A for another delicious Greek recipe! Kotopoulo Kapama (or cinnamon chicken) is delicious and was a very welcome dish for my lunch this week. It's super easy in the slowcooker and the smell is wonderful! Ingredients: 6-8 chicken thighs 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 large onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 28 oz can of tomato sauce 1 teaspoon dried oregano pinch of crushed red pepper flakes 2 cups frozen peas fresh chopped parsley slices of feta cheese
Directions: 1. Add all but the feta and parsley to the slowcooker and stir well. Ensure chicken is submerged in the ingredients as much as possible. Cook on high 4-6 hours. 2. Add the frozen peas with one hour to go and stir in. 3. Serve over rice. Add chopped parsley and feta cheese slices and serve.
