How To make Chocolate Mocha Ring
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Instant espresso
3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add espresso, milk, butter and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low-speed until combined. Add egg and beat 2 minutes more. In a greased 2 quart ring mold lined with waxed paper, pour mixture. Microwave on medium high for a few minutes, then on high until done. Check doneness with toothpick. To serve, invert onto a plate. Remove the waxed paper. Approximately 16 minutes. FOOD IN A FLASH SHOW#FF2088 -----

This Chocolate Mocha Hurricane Swiss Roll not only it has this amazing hurricane effect it is also a delightful treat, composed by a tender and moist layer of sponge filled with apricot jam and chocolate coffee ganache. The white chocolate and coffee shards bring a bit of texture and create an irresistible dessert.

1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1/4 cup (50g) caster sugar for whites

Ingredients
250g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar/powdered sugar
1/2 cup cornflour/maizena/cornstarch
2 teaspoons coffee mixed with 2 teaspoon boiling water
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
+- 2 1/2 cups Cake flour
bake @ 170 degrees
12-15 minutes
decorate as desired

Simple Mocha Recipe
Ingredients & Tools
- Chocolate Syrup (Any brand, but I'm using the one from MONIN)
- Espresso Shot
- Milk of choice
- Ice Cubes
- Electric Whisk
Steps
- Pour chocolate syrup into glass (as desired)
- Whisk the syrup at different height to get the 'ring' effect
- Add in ice cubes, milk and espresso hot
The chocolate syrup will start to drip over time which looks beautiful like a waterfall effect. Enjoy and have fun!
