1 c Flour 1/2 c Butter or margarine; soften 1/2 ts Salt 4 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla extract 16 oz Can chocolate-flavored syrup 1 c Sugar Filling: 2 c Confectioners' sugar 1/2 c Butter or margarine; soften 1 tb Water 1/2 ts Mint extrat 3 dr Green food coloring Toppping: 10 oz Mint chocolate chipes 9 tb Butter or margarine Combine the first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (top of brownies will appear wet). Cool completely. Combine filling ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; beat until creamy. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Let cool for 30 minutes or until lukewarm, stirring occasionally. Spread over filling. Chill before cutting. INGREDIENTS Cheesecake: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened ¼ cup sugar 1 egg ½ teaspoon mint extract 4 drops green food coloring 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Brownie: ½ cup flour 1 cup sugar ⅓ cup dark cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ cup butter, melted 2 eggs
PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C 2. For the cheesecake, in a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. 3. Add sugar, egg, mint extract, and food coloring, and beat until smooth. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Set aside. 5. For the brownie, in a separate bowl, whisk the dry ingredients until combined. 6. Add the butter and eggs, and beat until smooth. 7. To assemble, fill each cup of a standard, lined muffin tin half full of brownie, then half full of cheesecake mixture. 8. Bake 25 - 30 min. 9. Enjoy!

Dark Chocolate Mint Brownies - Home & Family
Author of Siriously Delicious, Siri Daly is in the kitchen baking some delicious dark chocolate mint brownies.
Mint Oreo Fudge Brownies ???? Incredibly easy brownies that will be a game changer for you!
Start with a box brownie mix and spread it into an 8” square pan lined with parchment and sprayed with baking spray. Press 16 mint Oreo thins into the batter. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let them cool them top them with ganache.
Heat 1/2 c heavy cream in a bowl. Approx 1-1.5 minutes in the microwave. It should be pretty hot. Add 1/2 c dark chocolate chips (or semisweet) into the cream. Let it sit for about 1 min then whisk until smooth. Pour over the brownies the sprinkle more crushed Oreos on top.
Let it set in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Before serving, let them get back to room temp!
