2 c SUGAR 1 1/4 c FLOUR 3/4 c COCOA 1/2 ts BAKING SODA 1/2 ts SALT 1 c MELTED MARGARINE 4 ea EGGS 2 ts VANILLA 1 1/2 c MINT CHOCOLATE CHIPS (9oz.) 1 c CHOPPED WALNUTS IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER SUGAR, FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING SODA AND SALT. COMBINE MARGARINE, EGGS, AND VANILLA. COMBINE WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. FOLD IN CHIPS AND NUTS. TURN INTO A 9" X 13" GREASED BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR 30 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER BAKE.

Here's a simple recipe for Mint Chip Brownies:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup mint chocolate chips Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar and stir until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the mint chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.
