1 c Butter-flavored shortening 1 1/4 c Brown sugar, packed 1/2 c Malted milk powder 2 tb Chocolate syrup 1 tb Vanilla extract 1 Egg 2 c All-purpose flour 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chunks 6 oz Milk chocolate chips; (1 cup -) In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients; beat for 2 minutes. Add egg. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chunks and chips. Shape into 2-inch balls; place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375=B0F for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before reoming to a wire rack. Makes about 1-1/2 dozen. (For best results, do NOT use Air-Bake insulated cookie sheets. When using a 1-inch cookie scoop, recipe makes about 5 dozen cookies.) -----

Salted Malted Chocolate Chunk Whopper Cookies

Yummy Chocolate Cookies with healthy flours.
Ingredients:
Ingredients Part 1: 3/4 cup Malt Chocolate, 1/2 cup hot Milk Pour hot Milk on Chocolate and dissolve.
Other Ingredients: 1 cup Jowar (Sorghum) powder, 1/2 cup Bajra (Pearl Millet), 2 tablespoon Rice powder, Melted Malt Chocolate, 3 tablespoon Oats, 1/2 tablespoon Oil,1/4 tablespoon each Baking Soda & Baking powder. 4 chopped walnuts and 3 to 4 chopped Pistachio. 3/4 tablespoon Powdered Brown Sugar or Normal Sugar.
Direction:
-Sieve Jowar (Sorghum)powder in a Bowl. -Sieve Bajra (Pearl Millet) powder. -Sieve Baking Soda. -Sieve Rice powder. -Sieve Baking Soda. -Add Oats & mix all ingredients well. -Add Oil. -Add Chocolate slowly and make the dough. -At this point, please check for sweetness, otherwise add 3/4 tablespoon powdered Brown Sugar or normal Sugar. -Make a round Cookie shape and decorate with chopped Walnut and Pistachio. -Take an Oven Tray, place the cookies on Butter paper.
Baking Instructions: Prepared these cookies on Gas and not used any Oven:
-Preheat Non- stick Pot, covering with lid for 8 minutes before baking the cookies, and then place the baking tray, fitting properly into non- stick pot and bake for 40 to 45 minutes in low to medium heat. Check cookies are properly baked and turn off the gas.
