1 c Skim milk
1 Egg
1/2 sm Banana;or ripe peeled pear
2 ts Chocolate sauce;recipe below
1/2 ts Vanilla
CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
2 ts Cornstarch
1/2 c Cocoa
2 c -Cold water
8 ts Artificial sweetener granul.
2 ts Vanilla
CHOCOLATE SAUCE Combine cornstarch and cocoa. Whisk into cold water in a saucepan until there are no dry bits. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir 1 minute until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in sweetener (aspartame is OK) and vanilla and allow to cool. Store in clean jar in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Makes 12 servings, about 2 1/4 cups. 3 tb serving 12 calories, 2 grams carbohydrate, 1 gram protein,
1++ extra choice (free exchange).

1 cup of flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp of coca powder
1 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions for making homemade chocolate pancakes:
- First in a large bowl add your flour
- Followed by your sugar
- Now add your baking powder
- Followed by your salt
- Then add your coca powder
- Mix everything together
- Now add your milk to the bowl
- You can now add your beaten egg
- Followed by your vegetable oil
- Now mix everything together
- In a frying pan on medium heat add some oil
- Pour in some of your pancake batter
- Flip and cook evenly on both sides
- Your chocolate pancakes are now ready to serve!

Easy & Healthy Breakfast - Chocolate Overnight Oats & Chia Pudding
One of the healthiest and most versatile breakfast recipes. This breakfast bowl is a great source of fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins, protein, omega fats, antioxidants, magnesium, zinc, calcium, probiotics and so much more. So it’s a perfect breakfast to kick start your day.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 - 3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Toppings - Chocolate granola, Nut mixture, cocoa Nibs, Bananas, Cherries, berries and coconut flakes (or any other fresh fruits, nuts and dry fruits of your choice)
Add everything to in a bowl and mix well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
Decorate with toppings of your choice before serving.

Breakfast that tastes like dessert. These are my healthier 4 Ingredient fudgy overnight oats. Jan 3,2021 is the one year mark since I posted these overnight oats that went viral on my social media pages. In 365 days I gained over 270,000 new friends on Instagram and 850,000 on TikTok and I couldn’t be more grateful for you all. Thank you for being here and being the bestest friend a girl could ask for. This recipe makes one portion and you will need:
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats — I use quick cooking but any rolled oats work
1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener you like
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any you love
**Please Note: Protein powder is optional but you will probably need a touch more milk. I added shaved dark chocolate on top for presentation but you can also add some cacao nibs as well. Feel free to improvise and make it to taste. Minimum of 3 hours in the fridge or even overnight and it will last for 3-5 days so you can definitely prep ahead. i don’t like to count calories as different brands hold different values but mine were 250 calories total. You can eat them cold which is what I do or heat them up but you might need a touch more milk if you do.
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or even a bowl if you don’t have a mason jar.
Give it a really good stir and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or until it’s nice and pudding- like.
Feel free to prep ahead and enjoy.
