2 ea EGGS 3 c ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 3 c BUTTERMILK 1 t BAKING SODA 2 ts BAKING POWDER 1 t SALT 2 tb SUGAR 1/4 c MELTED BUTTER 1 oz CHOCOLATE CHIPS BEAT EGGS; ADD BUTTERMILK. SIFT FLOUR, SODA, BAKING POWDER, SALT AND SUGAR BLENDING WELL; ADD TO EGG MIX; ADD MELTED BUTTER; MIX WELL. DROP BY SPOONFUL ONTO LIGHTLY GREASED GRIDDLE AND brOWN ON BOTH SIDES TILL DONE. (GRIDDLE SHOULD BE MEDIUM HIGH HEAT). HINT:: TO MAKE BUTTERMILK; ADD 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE (REALEMON brAND). THESE PANCAKES ARE VERY GOOD MADE WITH EGG BEATERS EGG SUBSTITUTE. ***** NOTE SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER TOP OF PANCAKE WHILE COOKING FIRST SIDE. ***** NOTE THESE PANCAKES WORK BEST IF COOKED IN A SNACK SANDWICH MAKER. *****

1- Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. 2- Add 200 ml of milk, 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla powder. Beat until you have a smooth batter. 3- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. 4- Gently pour about 1 tbsp of batter onto the hot pan. 5- Wait until the bubbles form on the surface and once they start popping, flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden. 6- Repeat until all the batter is used up. 7- Once both sides are golden, transfer to a serving plate! 8- Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients: - 170g vanilla or plain fat-free Greek yogurt - 27g instant pancake mix - 31g vanilla-based whey protein - 92g egg beaters or egg whites - A couple of grams of baking powder - 28g sugar-free or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 170 grams of either vanilla or plain fat-free Greek yogurt, 27 grams of instant pancake mix, 31 grams of vanilla-based whey protein, 92 grams of egg beaters or egg whites, and a couple of grams of baking powder. Whisk until you have a smooth batter. 2. Add 28 grams of sugar-free or semi-sweet chocolate chips to the batter and give it one final whisk. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour portions of the batter to make pancakes. You can make them as big or as small as you prefer. 4. Let them cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip them and cook until they're golden brown on both sides.
